Not alone friend, idk if you've seen some of the videos on KZfaq clips but one said 'you know when you ask a guy how he's doing and he says "I'm Alright" well he's not, and it was a very 'your not wrong' moment for me, the biggest thing I've tried to work on is remembering bad days just make the good days feel better, and that if everyday was a good day good days wouldn't feel very good at all comparably, hang in there, find something you love to do and pour your soul into it, if you ever need an ear feel free to message me

I'm curious if I'd be able to make an underlit lamp with real coins, but suspended in the resin as if falling. My skills are likely not enough to make the concept work. I think it'd give a cool effect though. Maybe have a pile of coins at the bottom with an open spot for the light to come through so it'd make the coins sparkle. I might just give it a try...

Look up "Resins dirty secret" by Peter Brown, 1. Peter Brown is an amazing resin artist and if you like Nick you should be watching him too lol, 2. He shows projects he's made throughout the years, stored away in optimal conditions without any UV exposure or skin oils getting on them And the tl;dr is that even in best case scenarios like that, resin yellows noticeably within a year or so, sometimes a few more, thinner coats go much slower though and are much less noticeable when they do yellow, and dyed resin doesn't seem to yellow at all, or if it does it's so subtle and slow it's not noticeable (which makes sense, since the dye is blocking out the UV and you're seeing a layer of resin that's like molecules thick)

It would be really cool to see you do a project with a bunch of rpg dice sets. You can find all kinds of fun colors and sizes. Bottle caps would also be a really cool add in especially for a table or something flat.

Nick hope you will get better soon with your anxiety. I have gotten help for myself only recently since I have a broken ankle. The mental issue related to this injury caused by an accident was quite a rollercoaster. Its always good to have somebody take your hand and saying: come on lets walk this way together. As a parent myself I also experienced that I can only be taking good care of others if I take good care of myself. That table with those Christmas pennies is so absolutely gorgeous! Brings back happy memories when I used to eat them (of course without the foil) in the pre-Christmas time. But I would have made a pattern with all those different colours. I also love your funny waffling. Always makes my day.

Love it - I didn’t dislike the metal until I saw how fab the wood legs looked.

Hey Nick, I've a suggestion: a poker chip table filled with poker chips BUT you need to use your awesome wood crafting skills to carve and route out giant poker chip and wood turn some custom legs!!! FYI, that was the Lincoln Memorial on that US coin! Cheerz all! Stay Chique!!!

Really neat, Nick. As someone else commented, that was the Lincoln Memorial, not the White House. Also, those saw kerfs on the lap joint should be covered by the cross piece so no worries. Bill

Thank you for speaking about your mental health. I am a clinical therapist and I feel there is a tremendous, positive shift against the stigma of mental health, especially when people who have a platform speak on the topic.

That is AMAZING! I'm so happy that the chocolate in the coins didn't melt. I had the idea of trying out a Cadbury Cream Egg in resin, then shape it into an egg shape? Maybe even add something around the outside to look like the wrapper, so it's an egg in an egg! 😃
