I believe it's from 1967/68 - when Bruce re-joined the Beach Boys again. Dennis is looking great here, singing from his heart. RIP Denny and Carl. Love you Denny for ever!

Arrrrrrgh! That was Marlon Brando at the end! He was the host of that gala whatever (in Paris, I think). I'd love to know if he commented on the performance. Weird random collision there: Brando + BBoys

Brian hated travel and had informed the boys that he would not go on the road, but stay at home and compose new music, thus Carl assumed musical leadership of the band as you can see from this clip and proved he had what it took. However, I am sure he would be the first to admit that Brian was missed.
