I wasn't raised up, I was dragged up in an abusive home. I watched my mom shoot my dad in his face at 11, I was drinking heavily by 13 and hooked on meth at 20. I was running as far and as fast as I could from our Father.....Guess what you can't out run him. He showed me his undeniable love and at 33 I gave control of a life out of control to The Great I Am. At 34 I lost my mom to suicide, but He pulled me through it. At 38 He put me in Youth Ministry. We all have a weapon to use and it is our testimony. Whether it is in a song or knocking on a stranger's door to share the Gospel, stand up and use it please. Had it not been for some folks being obedient to His word I may not have made it.

So I am recently gaining an interest in Christ from being an Athiest and started reading the Bible these past few days and have been finding videos exploring where to start. The other day I clicked on a random Easter Sunday livestream someone had shared on their facebook page and as soon as I did, the minister then addressed non-believers but those who are curious which I thought was very coincidental. After watching a video of someone talking about worship music yesterday I looked some up and the song that stuck out most to me that I wanted to hear was this one and I'm starting to think there's more at work than simple 'coincidences'. Since I heard it for the first time last night I keep thinking about it. I still don't know if this is the path I want to take but there is definitely a pull towards it.

Watched a man place a knife on my moms throat at 3, lost my grandmother at 13. I went down a road of depression, drugs, women and drinking until I ended up in prison with 6 felons and 2 kids out of wedlock. By 19 years old, I watched my best friend get 100 years in prison, when it could’ve been me in the car with him that night. Today, I’m 32 and alive and free because of the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Thank you Lord for accepting me into your family and giving me a second chance when the world wrote me off and left me for dead! Nothing in this world can compare to your love. Tears come to my eyes when I think about your amazing grace!

For 40 years I led a life of drugs, sexual debauchery, thieving, lying, just immoral through and through. Soon after my Grandma's passing I went back to church, the Catholic Church, for a year and a half I sat and felt nothing, I needed something, and saw a video and decided to buy my first Bible, and in it, I found salvation through the love of Jesus Christ, then I found me a Church that was alive, I could feel the love I knew the Lord was there waiting for me, I surrendered to the Lord on January 13 2019, and was Baptized 7/28/2019. And while I'm still a sinner through and through I know I am saved cause I have been cleansed with the blood of Jesus Christ.

I heard this song at my sons funeral today, it was his favorite song. He was only 43 years old and had 3 miracles in his life. He was 25 when he was given 12 hours to live. After the pastor and I laid hands on him we knew Jesus would let him live. He received a kidney from a living donor in church. He is in the medical journals as the sickest person from kidney failure ever to survive. Never give up on God to bring you up when your down, the church was packed with all the people he touched in his short life. I’m glad this was his favorite song and I’m glad he accepted Christ when I shared the gospel with him. I can’t wait to be in heaven with him and spend eternity with all my brothers and sisters in Christ it’s going to be awesome.😊🙏❤️🦅

Depression, Anxiety, etc. Anything you're going through God has your back. You got this! I was in the darkest of places and God showed me the light. He's real, his presence is overwhelming. God bless you all!

I need prayer. I just lost my boyfriend of three years. He's the one who led me back to faith in Jesus and he feels lost right now. It's late at night and I can't stop thinking about all my sins, I want the lord to forgive me, listening to this song makes me cry with joy to know what our lord does, he died for our sins, our lord is amazing and just thinking about what he did for us is a miracle. Listening to this song I listen to at camp, every day at worship would be so emotional, letting my self out, praying to the lord to help me through T the hard times, he knows what happens, he knows how I feel, I love our lord, I can't stop crying just for a song that means so much about our lord, the feeling when I got baptized was like I was new, I wasn't a sinner, but that was my past, once at church I cried for forgiveness, all the hate and criticism I get for being Christian doesn't bother me, I am a proud Christian. Thinking of my past hurts, knowing all the sins I committed and being grateful that day of becoming a Christian. I was pulled away from the until I read the bible, so much told me about him, I felt more connected to him,I thank the lord to this day for what he had done for our sins.

I remember I was 19 years old, I was driving home from work and the day just felt different. I remember having an surreal experience with God, Jesus, and my brother who sadly passed away in my moms womb. God came first and I knew who he was, I recognized my father, and God just started to spill these words that made me ball my eyes out. I can still hear his voice. And when God was finished speaking to me and telling me how much he loved me, Jesus then began to speak to me and telling me no matter what I’ve done , he still loves me unconditionally. That no matter how many tattoos I have, he sees past the ink on my skin. He forgave me and he told me he loved me with all his heart. Then when Jesus was done speaking to me, God gracefully allowed me to meet my little brother and if only you can hear the excitement in his voice to meet his big brother & the love he was giving me spiritually felt so real as if he was here with me in the flesh. He proceeded to say how much he loved me, my mom, and my brothers and that how he can’t wait til we’re all together. I’ve never cried so hard in my life after experiencing something like that and I’m blessed to be able to experience that. So people!!! God loves you! God hears you! God adores you so much friend. Jesus forgives you for your wrong doings and he’s ready for you to take that leap of faith for him, so he can show you the fruits he wants to give you in your life. On March 22, 2018 I gave myself over to God. I had been searching for so long in the wrong places. I was always just one step away from home. My best friend, who pointed me to Christ, told me that this life wouldn't be easy. It hasn't been. Every broken thing must be torn down to its very foundation to be built back up again. I just pray that I continue to look to the Lord for strength and His Word for guidance, and that I don't run to the world for help.

2019 was a tough year for me. I've gone through a lot of battles. I was emotionally drained and even thought that taking my own life was the only answer to end my misery. But, no. It was never the answer. It was God. He is the ONLY answer. I'm still going through the process of healing and as long as I have faith that God is with me, I will make it through until He has fully healed me. Believe. Have faith. God is good! All the time!

i was baptized November 12th 2017 at the age of 14. i grew up in a atheist, family, still am in that family. i have a great mum but horrible dad, a drug user. in June 2017 i was taken to a youth ministry by my ex boyfriend, i haven't stopped going since. i had my first major encounter in July 2018 on a youth camp, i was in a crowd of people worshiping to 'fall- the belonging co', i had someone praying over me and i became slain in the spirit. just last Friday night during a church service there was a altar call for anxiety and depression, which i dont suffer from so i didn't go down but one of my friends do. i had god telling me to go down, so i went down, and my friend who suffers from depression followed me down without me knowing, i once again had became slained in the spirit, as i was falling my depressed friend had caught me, in that moment he was given his gift from god (psychic abilities) and his depression s slowly fading, he once felt he didn't have a reason to live but he now feels he has a purpose in his life, just by touching me while i had god in me, he has been saved. praise god!

I too was slain in the Spirit just after saying the Salvation prayer...I had Never heard of it or even saw it happen before. After the Salvation Prayer someone was laying hands on me for healing ((last chapter Mark 16), and I went down. I dont remember falling on my staples that were in my lower back..I was in a back-brace & had crutches. .I just had failed back surgery (Laminectomy L-5) and was on my way out of town to commit suicide. I was crippled & homeless and done with life At 30 yrs old..... it was all over for me. I knew killing myself was a sin and didnt want to go to hell forever so I stopped in a church to see if there was some kind of loop-hole. At the end of the service the Pastor called people up to the front and asked if they wanted to go to Heaven PERFECT, I thought....now I can end my pain & go to heaven...so, I said the Salvation Prayer and heard God say to me "EVERYTHING WILL BE ALLRIGHT"....that was real scary, I never had God talk to ME before. Then one of the Councilors there asked about the crutches & Backbrace, I told him it was from failed back surgery earlier in the week...so he showed me in the Bible where it says (Mark 16) believers can lay hands on the sick & they will be healed...I said OK Go ahead......thats when I went down....as I lay there I felt this incredibly GOOD feeling go from my head down to my feet. When it was done i looked up at all the people looking at me lying there on the ground, and quickly popped up....WITHOUT PAIN!!! I WAS HEALED!!!! God IS real, God loves & cares about everyone...even me & you.

I need prayers. Please anyone read this. May you pray for the evil ungodly attacks my mom makes on my life, my faith and my identity. Please understand these words are true, Mothers aren't perfect. And jealousy (sin) can turn someone from God. I'm trapped. I've been trying to leave since 2013. I've made two attempts. But the spirits are strong. And I'm unsure how to fight them. I pray often although I just pray what I feel and not with Bible verses. I go from not believing what's happening to believing. And then I start questioning what is true (but I know this is true because of the toxic fruits I've seen and been affected with) It is a spiritual attack when one feels: helpless, depressed, anxious, and afraid of leaving a toxic situation. I'm afraid to believe in God. And that he will keep me safe no matter where I go. My mom insists otherwise saying bad things are going to happen to me. (I don't speak to anyone so these words affect me and I've started to believe me, I see bad things happening to me all the time in my head. ) So if anyone believes in God. Be responsible and pray for me, you that ate not in this. I need help, spiritual help, and prayers to fight these spirits that keep me afraid and with lies in my head.

Recently found Christ again...So much has happened in my life, and it made me question my faith. However, I now know that it was God who put me on this path. I've been tested more than I ever thought I would, but I know His plan for me is great. Me and lovely girlfriend have a wonderful miracle baby, and I know it was God who has seen him through his struggles. I'm forever thankful. God bless everyone

Today in church, I felt God telling me to go up to the altar before this song started playing. Once it started playing, my heart was beating out of my chest. First time I went up there on my own, my coach came up after me and prayed for me as tears rolled down my face.

Beautiful song, I'm through cleansing my body, Yes I am a sinner, Although Im just 7 years old when i attended Sunday School, then when I was 10 yrs old, I started to train in Tambourine Ministry.. Yes, almost 9-10 years I served the Lord.. But I have a secret in myself.. Yes I committed a sin.. I was a slave of sexual sins. Almost 12 years!!! But now, I am FREE.. God is so good, He always forgives me and accept me . I am LOST but now I am FREE!!!

This song changed my life. I heard it on the radio on the way to Church, then we sang it. Two lines into the second verse, I was at the altar wanting to get baptised. "Come today, there's no reason to wait. Jesus is calling." I heard it again on the way home from Church. God clearly was speaking to me that day. September 30, 2018 is my new birthday. Thank you for putting how we feel into words.

I've been running for along time I was in a state of depression,and just felt like my life had no meaning almost lost my family from it, one day I was alone and I was going to take my life I dropped to my knees and this song came on my radio and I cried for along time and gave him all my pain and it is true his arms are open wide every since that day I haven't felt greater

this song is close to my heart, while I was waisting away in worldly/fleshy things I found no satisfaction, until Jesus Christ called me out of the darkness.He called me while I was still in sin, I was back sliding ,but his love and mercy were greater than my fleshy desires..oh how he loves us ❤❤❤❤❤ I am longing for his return , I am so sick and tired of this world. Pauli, your baby may not necessarily have Downs syndrome. The tests are not 100% accurate. And if in fact they are accurate, it is the Lord's will. I can tell you one of our close friends has a down syndrome brother (he was the first born). Her mother not only kept him but created a beautiful organization for him to be supported and encouraged him to pursue his love for the arts. He is thriving and very well liked in the community (and very loved by his family). He brings a lot of joy to all. The mother went on to have two other children (one of them our friend). Her other two children are both physicians now. God has a plan far greater than we can ever imagine! Trust in Him (even when it's difficult)! Just keep repeating Jesus I trust in you. He will grant you peace.

I followed Jesus Christ on July 9, 2019 and got baptized 3 or 4 weeks later. He has really made a big impact on my life. I didn’t grow up in the church I knew who he was but never got the interest of going to church. Now I love going to church. I go every Sunday. I read the Bible more then I used too. And I’m really proud of myself. I never thought I could do it.
