Great tips!! I achieved similar results painting a campervan using this paint, and I agree with the drying time remarks...I waited 5 days in between coats!! I had good luck rolling out 18" sections and then rolling over with the almost dry roller to remove any bubbles...it layed out totally glossy!!

Your sailboat looks stellar! Quick question. I have a 31ft 1989 Gemini Catamaran. Purchased wetedge topside and wondering if you have any concerns on durability as this is going above my Rubrail on the deck and in the cockpit. Any idea if there is a hardner additive?

Hate to ask, it has been almost a year. This is probably a dumb question, what it if rains on day 2 or 3? Is the paint still safe or do you have to plastic off the area you are painting if there is any chance of rain? I don't have a way to close off the entire boat to paint, so need to know how to handle the weather.

If it rains a day or so after applied I actually think you would be ok. If it rains within 10 or less hrs after applied I cannot say for sure.

For this 27' with the added 1 gallon of brusher thinner I went through 3/4 gallon of white and 3/4 quart of blue for the stripes with 3 coats for each coating. I also used about a gallon of primer for the whole project.
