They destroyed our castles, villages, and homes and slaughtered man, woman, and child if they were German. Those who survived were trapped in Poland where they were heavily abused and mistreated. They were even forced to wear bandanas saying "I am a Nazi". That's why so many Prussians have Polish last names today. They had to adopt a Polish identity to survive. I generally would like to see the Deutsche Reich reborn as well, but many Germans I feel would be against that as many want to break away from that part of our history and not engage in it.
