Funny that O Dog is insulted at the suggestion that he can't run a sub 30 second 100 yards when 10.6 seconds over 40 extrapolates to 26.5 seconds if he can maintain that turtle crawl over 100 yards.

Actually, he said could run 100 METERS in under 30 which is 109 yards. Add to that how slow he was going near the completion of the 40yrd "dash" and I'd be surprised if he could FINISH 100 meters. Here's betting he doesn't crack 35 seconds.

100 yards is only about 91 meters. If you can't do that in under half a minute, then you're close to being in a wheelchair. The guys aren't even factoring in that you only have to accelerate once, even if you would slow down towards the end.
