Káábíèsí! Many prophets of God are insulted and embarrassed, what makes them remained historically is their patients. Patient in not being emotional about personality. And, what makes many King to be forgotten in history is EGO. I'm this, I'm that. I can do and undo. All these virtues belong to the All-Mighty God. I'm not saying the Imam is right for uncouth speech. However, the king (káábíèsí o) should play an elderly role and not let power equate him with his Lord. If God says he wants to TEMPT the king and the king refuse to accept PERSONAL INSULT, God can tempt him in another dimension. Let the King understand the difference between KIN+G & KIN+D. The king (your Majesty, Sir) should be cautious in your decision. Either the Imam is not dethroned or is dethroned, Ogbomosho will remain albeit not the same for a while... The king, being a Christian, might need to be cautious in Islamic affairs. However, His Majesty have all free will to involve in lineage palavers. The Ayilaras, I hope, will be cautious too not to be like the proverbial rat in yoruba adage (kaka ki eku ma jẹ sèsé, a fí ṣe awadanu). Afterall, everybody are bastards in one way or the other. If many Nigerians can become Americans, British, French at the satisfaction of some requirements, I wonder why we should make it a case for ourselves. It would have been different, if the Imam is claiming not to be from The Ayilara and wants to usurp the right of The Ayilaras...
