I'm saving this version...I've had a rough day, and horrible night, this song always puts me at ease. I don't wait for Christmas. "Fall on your knees, here the angels voices" my favorite verse, because when you are broken, or just can't take no more, the good Lord is the only one there.

I like your favorite part of this song. I never look at those words in this way. My favorite part is: "Long lay the world in sin and error pining, 'Till he appeared and the soul felt its worth." Could you imagine what this world would be like if every person knew his/her worth? These lyrics imply that it will happen when He appears. It's definitely something to look forward to.
