I have sang this song more times than I can count.... this interpretation is NOTHING like any version I've ever tried to sing. 99% of every church, just wants to sing and praise along with you. Here is a REAL interpretation of this song!!!!

Dear Lucy and Martha- I just lost my dad 2 months ago and he loved this song. I remember sitting in church with him and tears running down his cheeks like mine are now. I think he sent you both to sing this song to remind me that he is in heaven and enjoying music everyday. You both have a gift that is a blessing to all that hear you, thank you for sharing it. So sorry for your loss my dad past 9th January this year so will be the first Christmas as well without him so will be thinking of you as well. Lucy and Martha are the best ever and certainly has got us all through this difficult times we all had. I lost mine 3 years ago this Xmas. I wouldn’t say it gets easier but the pain does numb over time mate. You never forget the cherished times you had with them though. My favourite memory is going to his work on a Saturday where we bought discounted timber and made a folding model train set board together which actually still worked years later when we left it there for the next family to enjoy when we sold the house. Good memories like that stay with you. And it’s good to reflect on the good times.

As Martha is growing so is her voice maturing. They are so good when they're singing together. The harmony of the girls is beautiful to listen to. I hope they make many more videos singing together and even a album or their music together.

Completely agree, her voice is improving both technically and in the maturity of tone as quickly as Lucy's voice was at a similar age. Just imagine how incredible these 2 will sound singing together as adults in their 20's / 30's etc... the world is literally their oyster and for them the sky is literally no limit.

I just sat down with my mother and showed her the video and she cried and we cried together as we listened. She's a woman of God and said it's so beautiful to see the youth of our world bring hope to our hearts by singing such an amazing song of our lord. I have to say it's the passion in they way they sing that truly just humbled me quickly and me and my mom shared a sweet moment and praises our lord together.

I have listened to 10 versions of O Holy Night to see if I could find a male voice deliver the same feeling I got listening to Lucy & Martha ............none came close! Those who love Jesus as their Lord, want to fall on our knees when we hear those words...and Martha & Lucy hit me like a strong wind knocking me over onto my knees to worship! This has always been my favorite Christmas song and these Sisters do a beautiful job. This might be my new favorite. 2 male versions that I like are by Gary Pucket (of the Union Gap Band) and the great Mario Lanza. Have you heard those? This is definitely my favorite version with Female voices.

I remember well Lucy winning the voice kids with Moon River and a very young and elated Martha jumping for joy watching her. Well fast-forward some years and look now at the stunning result of their mutual love dedication and innate musical ability and where it has brought them and us . Oh my goodness, every time I think you've reached the pinnacle, you two take on another peak. Martha's voice is becoming more assured, more confident and more mature with each video. Sometimes it's hard to tell you apart! The harmonies are just simply perfection probably enhanced because they are similar and just melt into each other. Just utterly fab. Thank you for this early Christmas present. Love you xx
