The Harmonium player is Shyam Kapoor who was Assistant Director to great Director/producer Guru Dutt & a permanent member of Guru Dutt Films since 1954. The song has two parts: Happy (Shamshad Begum & Rafi) & Sad (Asha Bhosle in the lead with back fillers by Shamshad & Rafi). Personally I like the happy version more.

Dev Anand's coquettish style of walking with a rightward slant/leaning was quite famous with Bombay youngsters then in 1957. According to Marathi journalist and editor of a Marathi film weekly 'Rasrang', Sheela Vaz was from Solapur (as also Sarla Yeolekar, Faiaz and Shashikala). Her dance numberes in Shri 420 and other films were very famous. Her Begunah was banned in which she had dance number with Late music director Jaikishan playing piano.
