Great video! It amazes me how well the o rings hold up in the Ninja Foce figures. I even made a point and pausing the video on Dojo's spring arm to study that. I've never taken a Ninja Foce figure apart but I know someday I'll have to do it.

I fixed 2. I used beading wire then tied elastic to the wire then tied it using the Toypoloi zartan method where you tie knots and pull tight. It’s finicky to make a wire hook but it is doable.

Beautiful fig! Awesome repair. I was able to crack the torso on my childhood dojo and Ken masters.. but no such luck with nunchuck. I'm going to have to put your method to use jubbs. Thanks buddy.

This is really helpful. I just got most of the Ninja Force and was googling the repair preemptively. Now I have a great tutorial video for the procedure when the time comes. Also, I didn't realize that the mechanism was all around the arms on those figures who have the chopping action. I greatly appreciate this content. :{

You know about the epoxy trick? When you have the legs apart thin layer of epoxy will kind of replace the worn down plastic in the knees. place it so you don't see it. Let it dry completely before you try to put it together. If you can get to much then file it down, it took me many try's before i got it right, but it did work. It stiffen the knee joints up like a charm.

When I was a kid I put Dojo in a cup of water and put him in the freezer as a Cobra hostage. I was surprised to find that he had split in two. I don't remember how clean the split was, but he was it two pieces.

I love when the figures are floppy personally😌it always made play more fun😎

Hi Steve, i have this storm shadow but the o-ring is broken, the only way to put a new one is opening the chest with a cutter same as u did with dojo? Or replace it for a cord like you did here. Thanks

I did see Cory on cracktastic plastic channel say that you can put it in hot water and soften the factory glue and you can pry it apart (torso) then use plastic weld when you put it together. Although this is a great Idea.

I wonder if you can use the head arms and legs of Ninja Force figures with standard ARAH figures 🤔

i had that storm shadow as a kid and the 88 version. but I dont think he was the best version. 1988 Storm Shadow was much cooler!! I had the glow in the dark version of the one u have here. lol. I think it was a mail-away figure.

On this particular version of a gimicky Ninja Force Storm Shadow it is actually possible to convert it to a figure with a screw in the pack. I have done a conversion like that successfully :-). I separated the torso on a spare one, and drilled a hole in the back, then it was possible to find a place internally on the chest piece to screw the pack in place to. The hole in the back could even be sunked in a bit. I recomend trying on a broken one =)
