This opening will always hold a special spot in my heart. A friend of mine who has watched the whole show got me into watching it and has watched it with me since episode one. When I heard this opening play for the first time with him, I have never seen his face light up with so much excitement. He said he’s never been able to get another one of his friends to like this show, and him hearing this opening knowing just how far I’ve gotten in the show and that there’s still so much left to watch brought so much joy to him.

My favorite character and my favorite opening! NICE COMBO!!

This has to be the most impactful openings of one piece, it just shows how far straw hats are willing to go for their friends. Going merry, usopp, robin they all fought so hard to keep what's truely important.

i feel like this is one of the most underrated openings from pre-timeskip. For some reason a lot of people tend to forget about it but i think it would also be one of the best to hear live with all thos epic horns in the chorus

Rewatching Water 7 arc because of this!!!

Literally just started the arc following G8, and immediately got hooked on this one, whereas previous intros took time to grow on me. The song is definitely a banger, but the visuals as well look so clean before the massive style changes following the upcoming time skip. I’ve been told by various friends that these next few arcs may very well be peak One Piece, so the fact that the opening is dope af is a promising sign
