Жыл бұрынToday we rented a Jeep to explore the island of Oahu. We downloaded the GuideAlong so we wouldn't miss the must see spots and stops on our road trip! Not only did we see some amazing lookouts including the Pali Lookout, we also hiked the Makapu‘u Point Lighthouse Trail and swam at Lanikai beach with a beautiful view of the Mokes just off shore. We ended the night in the Ko Olina area at Disney's Aulani Resort for sunset.

As a local from Oahu (lived there 45 years) and a fan since you began vlogging, my husband and I are super proud of you for learning and trying to say the Hawaiian words correctly, how you shared what aloha really is, how you opened your hearts to what the island has to offer, and how you allowed yourselves to understand that Hawaii has its own beautiful culture. We’ve watched both vlogs and look forward to future ones of you there. However!! It made me very homesick since we live elsewhere now and haven’t been home for 6 years. Ha Mahalo nui loa (thank you very much) for opening your hearts to allow locals to share their aloha. Sometimes we can’t because tourists can come with a holier than thou attitude but you both never do. We appreciate you! 🌺🌈🌸

Not sure how much you spent, but when I took my family of five to Oahu, I booked through Travelocity and for airfare, hotel and car rental it was about $1,000 per person for 10 days.

Does Bamboo Hotel have airports transfers

We are not entirely sure if the hotel does. We took an Uber from the airport to the hotel. According to this article, the hotel does not have a shuttle but there is an Airport shuttle that has the hotel on the route: honoluluairporttransfer.com/honolulu-airport-shuttle-to-bamboo-waikiki-hotel/ Hope that helps! the swap meet, is it real that it's pretty much cash only? isn't everyone using venmo now? I hate to carry a lot of cash

It really depends on the vendor! We purchased things from a food stall and the vendor had the ability to take our credit card with a card reader on their phone. But, having cash on hand is probably a good idea just in case you come across one that doesn't accept cards. There are ATMs there as well. Hope that helps! Thank you for watching 😊
