The first time I heard Austin, the drummer, was from the city of N.Y.... he's from a small town in Northern NY called Gouverneur...... Good to see they give the backup musicians recognition..... thanks for the video

They should sell “Austin Curcuruto Fan Club” shirts at the merch table. People would buy them. Seriously.

Did they say before the concert you can’t video? I’m seeing them today and I would love to video. I just didn’t know if you would really get in trouble if you videoed when they said not to.

The default position for most artists and venues is no filming-period. Having said that, if you employ common sense and be respectful to those around you, there most likely won’t be a problem. Don’t film the entire show. Set a limit and stick to it. And try not to obstruct the view of the person sitting behind you by holding the phone over your head.

I started video taping the Oaks a few years ago. Within 30 seconds an usher told me that wasn’t allowed, so I put my phone away, and that was the end of it.

That's the policy of the venue you're at, not The Oaks. Duane has always been a copyright police when it comes to posting their music from a professional camera on KZfaq or Facebook. However, if it's recorded on an iPhone, he doesn't mind. I've even seen him repost videos of himself on Facebook.
