Oasis - 'Some Might Say' (Official HD Video) [Remastered]
Lyrics:
Some might say that sunshine follows thunder
Go and tell it to the man who cannot shine
Some might say that we should never ponder
On our thoughts today 'cause they hold sway over time
Some might say we will find a brighter day
Some might say we will find a brighter day, yeah
'Cause I've been standing at the station
In need of education in the rain
You made no preparation for my reputation once again
The sink is full of fishes
She's got dirty dishes on the brain
It was overflowing gently but it's all elementary my friend
Some might say they don't believe in heaven
Go and tell it to the man who lives in hell
Some might say you get what you've been given
If you don't get yours I won't get mine as well
Some might say we will find a brighter day
Some might say we will find a brighter day, yeah
'Cause I've been standing at the station
In need of education in the rain
You made no preparation for my reputation once again
The sink is full of fishes
'Cause she's got dirty dishes on the brain
And my dog's been itchin'
Itchin' in the kitchen once again
Some might say (some might say)
Some might say (some might say)
You know what some might say (you know what some might say)
You know what some might say (you know what some might say)
You know what some might say (you know what some might say)
You know what some might say (you know what some might say)
You know what some might say (you know what some might say)
You know what some might say (you know what some might say)
You know what some might say (you know what some might say)
You know what some might say (you know what some might say)

American here. My mom took a trip to London in 1996, when i was 1. While there she heard Oasis on the radio. She came back to the states and bought definitely maybe and WTSMG. That along with BHN and the masterplan the next few years were 100% the soundtrack to my childhood. Oasis is the only band I can never get enough of and it’s in my blood. Mad fer it. Thank you mom ❤️

I had a huge addiction to this album when I was with my ex girlfriend, when we broke up that kinda ruined Oasis for me, because we both liked them so much, but I recently relistened to this album last night for the first time in a while, and I’m really glad I did, because I’m glad I can actually faithfully say I’m able to enjoy this album the same way again.

Relationships can certainly destroy the love you once had for the songs. Among the great albums I can't listen to right now are Alice in Chains (Dirt), Nirvana (Unplugged), Red Hot Chili Peppers (Blood Sugar Sex Magik), Radiohead (OK Computer)...there are certainly specific songs as well. Music is a double-edged sword. Cheers!

I used to listen to these bangers back in the late naughties as a college kid on my Sony Ericsson phone (yes, I discovered Oasis about a decade late)! All those bus journeys, they were one of the main bands that kept me company :) and times were good! Now I listen to the same tunes now in my C63 AMG or Porsche Cayenne and yet somehow they just don’t hit the same :/ When times are good, embrace and cherish them. Keep your loved ones close and always give people the benefit of the doubt. It’s the people who make moments great ✌🏼💯💚

'08 guy herr so yes im 15. first heard oasis when i was young like maybe 7 or 8. Of course it was just the usual wonderwall and look back in anger that i heard. also ended up listening to rock n roll star after my dad put it on in the car. i never really properly got into it until a couple years ago when i joined the army cadets. my uncle used to pick me up in the car as my cousin went to cadets with me and i remember them talking about oasis and asking me about what i knew. i never really thought anything of it but i started listening to them properly just after my cousin left to join the British Army and train to join the parachute regiment. i miss him to bits but oasis reminds me of us two having a laugh together when we was just cadets. theyre definitely my favourite band now. i dont listen to anything apart from them now because THEYRE THE BEST BAND IN THE WORLD
