About a little over a year back, a friend of mine shared a random Spotify link with me. I was lying in my bed almost about to head to sleep. I clicked on the link and heard 'Daag'. I immediately fell in love with the composition and the vocal melody. The Guitar solo towards the end gave me goosebumps. Immediately the next day, I gave him a shoutout on Instagram. I am yet to hear all of his creations but 'Daag' is on my regular playlist since that day. As a Singer/Songwriter myself, I loved the honesty and simplicity in his music. It's not pretentious at all. It's a reflection of self, he is not trying to be someone else in his songs and that I think is the best part. Even though he says John Mayer is one of his biggest influences, there isn't an iota of a 'John Mayer wannabe' in his songs. I know a lot of artists who try to imitate their musical heroes. I hope and pray that he sticks to this, and doesn't fall into the trap of creating trendy, reel-worthy music. Thanks to Ojaantric for giving him the exposure he rightfully deserves.

I'm sure my comment will hurt a lot of people. But as a listener, I will definitely compare Bishrut and Sannidhya Bhuyan. I attended Sannidhya's live show and it was just so so disappointing. There's absolutely no pure effort from his side as a singer. There'll be a track which is okay. But bro, at least do some decent singing as well. There's no connection with the audience. Just he came for name sake, played about 5-6 songs may be and left. Didn't even care if anybody even connected with his singing or his music. Whereas Bishrut is just so pure, good in this impromptu performance without any processing. He has such beautiful depth in his voice, his singing..he has actually learnt music. Very very impressed ❤❤. I'm myself a singer. This is a genuine comment as a music lover. Again I know, sannidhya is not the only one who's doing it. Most of the singers in the market are doing the same..(example : Deeplina Deka also).. This hurts 💔

He has such a soothing undertone, and the melody gave me goosebumps as well as made my heart melt. No wonder Oasis felt so deeply for his music.
