What to replace eggs with. For a crispy result, it is best to use 2 tablespoons of starch (corn or other). You can take fruit puree (apple, banana), in this case keep longer in the oven.
INGREDIENTS:
✅ 2 cups oatmeal;
✅ 2 tablespoons sesame;
✅ half a glass of vegetable oil;
✅ half a cup of brown sugar;
✅ a third of a jar of chopped walnuts;
✅ 2 eggs;
✅ a pinch of salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. until golden brown at 180 degrees.
