Total time -15-20 min
Cooking time -7-8 min.
Oats- 1 cup
Mustard oil/ ghee-1 spoon
Moongfali/ peanuts-25 gm
Ured daal or mix dal-1.5 spoon
Curry leaves-10-15 leaves
Onion- 1 medium size
Tomato-1 medium size
Haldi-1/4 spoon
Red chilli powder-1/2 spoon
Hing-1/4 spoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper (opt)-1/4 spoon
Coriander-5gm
For garnish-
Chopped coriander
Anar daana
Lemon wedges
And fried chilli.
