(speakers n treble are 100 rs each) Heat absorber aluminium ka nahi hai ( heat absorber is not made of aluminium) heating issue hai bohoth Jada. bas transformers, cabinet and wires ache hai.. yehi transformers k wajah se acha awaz acha hai.. bass v and reparing costs me around 600 rs + i bought good speakers of 280 ra each.. IC of 150 rs each. total value I have to pay is Rupees 1900.

Company should provide direct replacement garrunty for atleast two years, this will add value to this brand. Lot of customers like me will definitely purchase if they are getting garrunty. Obage ko unke khudke products pe hi bharosa nahi hai shayad. Issiliye replacement guarantee nahi de rahe. It is possible that couple of products out of thousands can be faulty, and company should not hesitate to replace the product. Of obage reading this, they should overcome this.

After watching your video today I called obage service centre. As I just ordered Ht244 model on 13.04.23. so they told me one year back they had some service issue but now they have solved this.. if I will face any problem in warranty period then they will send a third party mechanic for repair the product and I have to pay him Rs 430 as service charge but the parts value not need to pay.... I'm from Kolkata.

I don't know you believe me or not.... Iball and intex has much better after sale service than.. boat , obage , zebronics, lg , sony etc.... They don't charge extra money only reasonable price ...

there is problem with chip TDA 2050. replace this chip from local electrician...chip hardly cost Rs 100-150 online. I had this problem in DT2605 duel tower model...it got resolved after replacing chip.

Most people say this brand is fraud but obege already say it affect by dust so please clean and neat. the hiss sound make by chip problem the chip may affect with dust. any affected obege home theater user realize dust cause issue

Bro, Remember one thing, only one speaker will work. I mean even the newly purchased product has one working speaker and a sub woofer. Next, within few months the speakers produces noises (Static) which is unbearable. I am from Kerala and I bought this through Amazon. There is no service center. Obage is made of cheap materials to match the cost. It's cheap comparing to other brands. This can be used for two months maximum. The sound it produces for these two months is mind blowing after which it gets the problem as I mentioned above...

Obage ki ht-101 mein khud use krta hu 3 year ho Gaya hai aur mein hamesha high volume par song sunta hu koi problem nahi hua abhi Tak. 2 speaker bhi send kiya tha jab high volume par thoda sa problem hua tha tab. With cable and koi bhi delivery charges bhi nahi laga tha. I'm very happy with this product. Aur jo 2 speaker obage ne send kiya hai wo 2 year se abhi tak box mein pack hi rakha hua h

Same model HT144 main Aug21 se use kar raha hu. Koi issue nahi hai bhai. Almost 1yr ho raha hai. And abhi to onsite warranty bhi mil raha hai. Parts courier se ayega and technician visit karega. Contact customer care number.

I am also from Kolkata. I was planning to buy this, but before that I called Obage company. Actually this is growing company so they don't have service center except Bangalore and Delhi currently. They kind of manage the things by 3rd party service provider. Their products are good but without any local service center we should not buy any products, incase it malfunction then its hard to solve.

Tumhare pasand ka brand shayad kabhi bhi defective nahi nikalta hai aur service bhi a1 hota hai? Kyunki woh toh so called foreign reputed brands hai.
