I purchased it perfectly fit me. I listened music on various good earphones and never expected same clarity on any budget home theater but this one is different. Yes perfect choice. Go for it no one will regret. In Fact now i am not using my earphones for movie too ..

2605 has four 3inch speaker and two subwoofers where as ht 144 has two 4 inch speaker and one subwoofer...both has two twitters.....2605 produces more bass than ht 144....where as ht 144 is Little bit louder than 2605.......For bass lover having space for tower speaker, 2605 is perfect where as for watching movie, tv, listening music at tight bass ht 144 is the best.....

DT-2605 has better low end deep bass than HT-144. It has two subwoofers for deep bass too.

I got HT144 5 days ago, very good sound but only if you're listening in closed room and to listen to music, not for dance/party... It's crystal clear and speaker position matters a lot how you place the speakers in your room. Go for it. 👍

Obage kabhi bhi boomy base ya loudness ke liye nahi jana jata hai. Iske systems dekhne me bhi chakachak nahi lagte, but jankar inke systems ko always pyar aur respect diye hain. Bhale underrated ho, lekin dhere dhere apna desh ka yeh company ab logon ke dilon me basne laga hai.

Yes .... When I played using optical cable ..... Through airtel stb .... The bass is low ... Then I decided to give it a try with other stb, since I am aware of that the sound depends on the amplifier board ... Fortunately my floor mate has a jio fiber connection with jio stb ..... I played this system again with optical cable with jio stb .... And the sound and bass backs to normal ..... So the sound from optical cable depends on the amplifier board used in the stb or any other tv ..... Hope I make it clear .... If anyhow I don't have access to jio stb then I would thought the problem is with the input port of optical... I should make this clear in video itself, but I hadn't slept for last 40 hrs .... So I forget to include this important point .... Sorry for my mistake...

There could not be a better set of 2.1 speakers than obage HT144. Initially I thought that all videos talking abt it were paid or sponsored ‘coz no1 said anything bad abt them. But it was only after I purchased one, I was able to understand the awesomeness of obage. What it offers is extra ordinary on all fronts. Music never sounded more melodious before this. Like I heard rockstar movie songs by AR Rehman and I was shocked to understand the number of musical instruments used by him. Each song was sounding as if I was hearing it for the first time. What clarity.. simply amazing!! And don’t go by the reviewers who say it has less base. Increase the volume while listening to EDM by Allen Walker or Martyn Garix and you’ll experience your windows shaking. Previously I bought a jbl deep base(2.1 sound bar) and now I feel that I wasted Rs27000. Can’t believe that a Rs6000 worth of speaker by passed something worth almost 30k. trust me it will be torturous to hear music from anywhere else after listening it from Obage.

actually I am in search for Home theatre system which is mostly used for MOVIE watching. I checked Boat , Sony , Phillips , JBL all these sounded very boomy ..which leads to sometimes we can't hear the dialogues of the movie...so it's stupid to buy a bassy set for movie watching...after a long search I found this Obage ht 144 is flat tuned one..after reading lot of reviews I ordered this on Amazon and this too having negative reviews but the negative reviews says that it's not loud and bass is not enough... actually they wrongly landed to buy this ...if u want boomy bass and your main focus is EDM music jus get Boat or Sony (even though edm voice will be compressed and longtime listening is strictly a torture) so just decide your priority and finalize

Kindly spend 2-3k for a quality mic, you are best audio reviewer and I really want to be a successful audio expert reviewers and also do more research on audio frequencies. Good luck and I am fan of soft bass so please recommend me a home theatre for my requirement. I listen to Obage ht 101 but not satisfied it's audio signature even 5k soundbar produce more clearity that my observation. Real tight base is better produced in a sealed enclosure than a ported one.

For the price it's pretty good, definitely not audiophile like, the way they advertise it on their website and on Amazon description, using technical jargon. But still better sound than any thing even over their slightly overpriced counterparts, courtesy mostly to good wood used for both sub and satellite and good tuning.

Mere pass Sbi ka credit card tha to mujhe 700Rs.ka extra of Mila Matalb ki Pehla price that 7899 Rs. Sale price hua vo bhi aj tak k liye 7349rs. Or Maine sbi credit card pe liya to 700Rs. Or discounts Mila Total price hua 6649Rs. Me pada mujhe. Total saving hui 1250Rs. Ki I m happy
