The plaintiff claims her former husband was abusive and left her for another woman. She is suing her ex for medical bills for their child. The defendant says they argued constantly because the plaintiff nagged him. He does not believe he owes the plaintiff for anything.

It infuriates me when people don’t buckle their INNOCENT precious babies in 🤬 he had a suspended license and no insurance; he shouldn’t even been driving! Loser! Plaintiff never should’ve had to sue for these bills HE CAUSED.

Kimberly Ricks yes it is but if you have a family and you’re that good then your clients would come at a decent time.. a tattoo artist... a family man... for really special people I’d say work til 11pm, ( and not everyday)if you’re single yeah you can tattoo til 2am but no married man or woman who respects their sig other would work hours that would cause strife in a marriage.

@@ikimmers The fact that he makes his own hours makes his absence as a father and husband even worse. That means he chose to not be present. It also shows he was up to no good because they weren’t even financially benefitting from his alleged late night tattoo appointments.

How does a father feel like his own children are not his responsibility? 🤔 She should never have to ask for help, he has no heart for them, it's not about his ex-wife. And to top it off, you must have insurance to cover your family, that was the responsibility for a start, and secure them with seat belts. 🤦🏾‍♂️ I'm so glad the children are okay. 🙏🏿

9 times out of 10, people who drive on a suspended license don't have insurance. That's negligence and playing with other people's lives when don't have insurance. Why would you drive the car that doesn't have insurance but have another car that has insurance, ESPECIALLY with children in the car? Doesn't make sense.

The defendant is a piece of work. He cheated on the ex-wife and almost killed the children driving with no seat belts, no license and no insurance. There's no way all occupants were moved around in the vehicle if they were all wearing seat belts. He's a trashy liar and should be ashamed to call himself a father or husband.

It's a lot in Atlanta, too. Depending on who you know, they may come to you. I know when my nephew died in Pontiac, Michigan, we had a "tattoo party" and his wife/gf probably was thinking the EXACT same thing as the Plaintiff, "it's no way you are doing tats from 8pm to 4 almost 5am" but he was, tho. When you are good at what you do, and, ESPECIALLY if you are a "perfectionist", ESPECIALLY with tats, that someone will have on their body for the rest of their lives (IF they like your work AND as long as they don't have a change of heart about tatting their body, in general, or unless the tat that they chose to get was a "drunken or high" tattoo) that is time consuming. It doesn't even have to be a lot of clients, either. If you have someone who's getting a LARGE DETAILED tattoo, the tattoo artist, not only have to draw it but make sure that they are getting EVERYTHING perfect. Shading it in, AND adding color, is another (more than likely) unwanted paragraph 🤷🏾‍♀️🤣🤣

Ain’t no damn way he had those children buckled in! Had they been buckled, they wouldn’t have gone flying all around inside and outside of the car, and if the baby girl WAS sitting in her booster 10’ away from the car, it was because his dumb a$$ didn’t bother to buckle the booster in! He almost killed their kids, and then he has the nerve to not want to be responsible for their medical bills. The stupidity of some people will never cease to amaze me. 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️

Non of what judge Mathis said made any sense....I mean yeah the guys license was suspended & he didn't have insurance on that particular car, but a suspended licence & no insurance doesn't mean a accident is going to happen. U can have a valid license & insurance & guess what....U can still get into a accident. The licence & the insurance should be the after thoughts. The main point should be who caused the accident. A suspended licence & no insurance doesn't cause a accident. That's caused by speeding, drinking, being contour phone ETC. 🤯🤯 use your common sense.

What? That makes no sense. He's illegally operating the vehicle just like if he was DUI. That's the bottom line. Anything that happens because of and during an illegal act is their responsibility. He says this all the time. Plus the garbage couldn't even bother to protect his kids. So no matter what he's 100% responsible for them during his care and he was negligent, meaning to hell with him
