@@abelchirwa8923fuck no, Anakin and Vader both are better duelists. Anakin defeated Dooku in a duel and Dooku always defeated Obi as if Obi is a useless child. Only reason why Anakin did not defeat Obi in Mustafar is because Anakin was very weakened after seeing Padme betray him

Anakin literally clapped his cheeks at mustafar, only lost due to arrogant jump at the end. Go rewatch the fight and find out that Obi was getting pressured and tired the whole fight. Btw Anakin was not even prime at that time, because he was very weakened after seeing Padme “betray” him and that is canon info from novels

@@mattiarubio3240 yes, when his anger fueled him in jedi temple to the point that his eyes got yellow, however after meeting Padme and Obi Wan he started having thoughts to return to light and was not fully into darkside anymore-this made him weak both in lightside and dark because he was somewhere inbetween and that is something I am taking from canon novel of star wars, I am not just randomly saying something myself

@@mattiarubio3240 and if you say he was angry during that battle rather than conflicted between choosing light and dark then explain me why did his yellow sith eyes turn back to normal right before duel started? Because he was between choosing light and dark and was not sure what to do deep inside of him. If he was actually fully in rage as you are saying then he would have his eyes turn yellow just like they were yellow some hours before he visited mustafar, in jedi temple they were yellow and then they just turned normal before duel which is the proof he is not in rage but rather is struggling to choose side

Lucas also said Anakin in RotS would beat Sidious, Yoda, Mace etc. everyone except Obi-Wan due to how well Obi-Wan knew him. Feats > Statements imo. Also there is a lot of inconsistent statements whenever Anakin/Vader vs Obi-Wan is debated.

I love that despite Anakin literally being the chosen one and everyone wanking over full potential anakin. Obi-wan who has a very low M-count is easily the GOAT using pure skill he beat Maul as a Padawan, flirted with Ventress, went hand to hand with grievous then smoked him, humbled the chosen one twice, rinsed Maul as an old man, then let himself get killed so he could become a force ghost. The best duelist Dooku was the only one skilled enough to style on obi-wan.

Vader has literally never beaten obiwan apart from when obi wan let him win. Anakin with a personality adjustment would have been the more powerful of the two with room to grow stronger than sidius and yoda but his rashness and pride is never gonna beat kenobis patience and humility.

You have to take in cosideration that Vaders suit was limiting his full force potenitial. If it wasn't for the suit Vader would probably be the strongest entity in the Star Wars universe. Palpatine knew this and was afraid of Vader and that's why he build him this suit.

W Edit. Among the best I’ve ever seen Obi wan though I think has greater feats, head me out with this. He Kentucky fried anakin (the chosen one). Chopped Maul in half and then beat him up again before killing him. Blew up general grievous with a pistol and survived being attacked by the entire 212th battalion. Idk man those are just the cinematic feats that’s not even including the shows

You have to realise, that after Mustafar duel, Vader lost 60-70% of his speed and agility (for obvious reasons)❤ But i consider both of them equal, but Obi Wan has an edge when it comes to battle iq & exp

Obi-Wan Kenobi would win. It was shown in the show and movies he is more focused and secondly, when Darth Vader torments him obi-Wan Kenobi becomes more powerful because he does not want to lose more people because he has had so much pain so many pulls to the dark side.
