Props to ewan mcgregor for aging 15+ years to play the role of an older Kenobi

Ok as a kid of 15 when Star Wars was came out in '77 I was pumped, but after seeing this trailer I felt those same emotions at 60....jeez we never grow up and I love it!! Can't wait for this!!

“You can’t escape him” I love how essentially you can hear that even she is scared of him and he’s that much of a threat that even his own Side is terrified of him

Can someone explain to me why the sound of Darth Vader breathing never fails to excite me 😁

What really got me was the sad look on his face when he hears Anakin. The reminder of his failure as a brother and mentor kicked in at that very moment. This might be deemed the most emotional Star Wars, Disney+ show.

I can't wait to see how Vader is portrayed here. In the movies, he's always the big bad guy in the suit, it's only ever been hinted there's a tortured demented soul under there. The graphic novels really explored Anakin's agony in that way & I'd love to finally see that on screen.

I'm super excited about what this Obi-Wan series might finally bring, but I'm also mildly pessimistic that Disney still has no idea what Star Wars can really be at its best.

After everything I truly hope this is well done and successful, feels like it’s going to either be the start of something new or the end of Disney supporting Star Wars

Disney is often disappointing. But this, this puts a smile on my face

I love the fact that while Vader is really feared and powerful they still show him being assembled like a Lego. Kind of shows him vulnerable and more interesting

Imagine a version of vader with an upgraded suit. One that still inflicts pain but, is much more durable/efficient. The visuals would be insane! It would also create more room to expand/explore the character of vader, and that in itself is super exciting.

Obi Wan with a blaster? How uncivilized.

Super excited for this! I got the same chills and geek moments as I did at the season 2 finale of The Mandalorian! It will be awesome to see the Inquisitors in real life action as well as my all time favorite Darth Vader!

(In order of appearance) Neon signs at 0:10: most of it was far too blurry to read, but two cut off signs read “nacks”. Likely the whole word was “snacks” or “knickknacks”. One also just says “S” Holomap at 0:37: the map reads “Ozupam” on both the left and right side. (Note: the letters are inverted) Neon Sign at 0:47: “Milk” Obi-Wan info at 0:50 “Transmitting WANTED Obi-Wan Kenobi Offenses Bounty High Treason Upon Capture Back of Soldier at 1:03: “Ned”

The force is strong with this one. Can't wait. Looks good.

im not really obsessed with star wars, but this guy has always intruiged me. clearly has a better story to tell than luke or anakin. his perspective is between those two. its gonna be good.

Second time I've watched this today and again I'm on tears. I don't know why. I heard all about this for past many months even over a year. I was excited but not emotional like this, not even close.

We want an actual Han Solo series with that guy who looks like young Harrison Ford, and no one else.

Can we please have new episodes VII, VIII and IX??? They must be done by the people doing this series and the Mandalorian and Bobba Fett!! Please???

I sincerely hope this turns out better than book of boba fett, I am a wee bit hyped to say the least.

I wish I could have the same level of excitement as everyone else here but I feel the more they make those series and movies, the more it strips me of what happen in my imagine. It wasn't as bad reading the spinoff book & comic series. At least with the books you know the story isn't set in stone. Also it made me hopeful that Luke, Leia and Han continue having non stop adventures in between.
