Every time you read a biography of a genius, he/she will have somewhat a similar trajectory of this young man. I saw him make a quick commentary during the protests and I was hooked immediately. The young man is so intelligent and has a spirit of leadership in him. For suicide think it's spiritual men l was there two times and my grandfather passed because of suicide yet he was extremely wealthy.. Atimes it's generational you find yourself not knowing why you want to do so. Let him give himself to prayer coz if he's to go through look at his blood line, he will trace it.

Completely and fully relate in very many ways..I never thought I would live past 25 years of age..Now, two and a half times that age in years . I've listened to kasmuel carefully. The feeling of depletion and exhaustion that he gets every now and then is spiritual. I've been there before. Therapists and medication can only do so much. What he needs is God. God will fill his cup and remind him who he truly is. I pray that he finds God. Amen

Let the young man get proper mentorship so he doesn't end like Kimani Mbugua. He has leadership in him, but with bipolar and adhd either living with it or having recovered, when he's not well encouraged so he's not dissilutioned, HE is our future Tom Mboya, JM Kariuki, Obama and so on. If he doesn't taken over by opportunities that will come his way, he will liberate and create a country with opportunity for all of us. I saw you Kasmuel and saw a President in waiting. Sorry about your experiences. You don't find the solutions in therapies because solutions are going to come from you. Therapists help to guide you find your own solutions. Self-help groups could of help. All the best!

I've listened to this till the end. As a person living with a mental health person, all I would advise Kasmaul and others with mental health is to do what he loves most at his lowest moments. Be it be swimming ,music, walking in the nature, attending to animals, or anything good that can distract his mind during his law moments. Also avoid alcohol or any drugs, take your medication and talk to those who understands you be it be your family ,friends, doctor, therapist. You can manage your symptoms. Your future is very bright. All the best and thanks for sharing. Hope others do to raise awareness.
