the right way?? more like he was some idealistic lunatic.. madara was right, as long as u live in a world with those that have and those with not. their will be hatred. even in narutos era, look at how that guy tried to steal a kurama dole, and it created animosty in the village, and all the smaller villages that cant support themselves because they no longer get any funds from the major villages. naruto only created a sense of peace and as we see in boruto, that the peace will only be kept if sauske or narutos bloodline rules the village since the curse of hatred only seems to be broken in their bloodlines. the moment naurto vanished, shikamarui ordered a kill squad. thats some straight up 3rd 2nd hokage shit.

SIMPLE: THE SHARINGAN.. In the early Naruto series they talk about that the Sharingan can copy everything.. Thats why Kakashi was once called THE COPY NINJA. With the sharingan you can copy somoene jutsu and appearence... So the voice was just copied.
