A good movie. While fighting the Edo tensei army, Obito is unlikely to be able to absorb them into the kamui dimension. A stronger Edo could break free there and prevent him from teleporting further as Kakashi did.

One funny thing Obito has up his sleeves too : The white zetsu, may be a big army of mobs. But one catch is, white Zetsu is actually very good at spying and gathering Intel's really fast by traveling through the ground with his big numbers of clones. He can cover a wide area. So white Zetsu can possibly, after a while, pinpoint the location of Kabuto. And from that point in time, Obito would just have to teleport the Gedo statue in the area, toss out a few tale beasts and nuke the general direction of Kabuto. The Edo Tensei would still go on. But without the support of Sage Kabuto. So, no additional Edo Tensei summoning from that moment, and the biggest reliable asset of the army would be out (Edo Madara is not really a Kabuto asset). Kabuto does have a Rashomon gate summoning to survive let's say 1 Biju bomb. But he is not gonna survive a barrage of Biju bombs busting out the cave. It sucks cause Kabuto's army is way cooler than Obito's.

In a situation like this, pulling anyone into the Kamui dimension is a terrible move. Remember what happened when Kakashi was in there? Any time Obito used Kamui to make himself intangible, he'd just beat up the part of Obito's body that spawns in Kamui. So taking any of the Edo's into Kamui is just giving them a free pass to fuck him up, and preventing him from using his invincibility hacks on the battlefield.

A big one is if Obito knows about Kinkaku/Ginkaku's weapons. Because that could just end him via hax.

When Madara was talking to Kabuto he asked if he knew their plan and Kabuto didn't seem surprised that Madara was aware... If Kabuto thinks that Madara was part of the plan, then he'd probably not risk using him AGAINST Obito unless he used some personality suppressing thing like Orochimaru did with the 1st and 2nd against Hiruzen.... which would make Madara garbage... so Kabuto probably won't use Madara at all... Its also hilarious how Kabuto unknowingly gave Obito the kinkaku option too, something Obito COULD HAVE NEVER IMAGINED was possible.

Glad to see you got your channel back TG! I think White Mask Obito would lose this war, quite handily. Edo Tensei Army as a whole is just gonna be above the White Zetsu, quite easily. The Akatsuki were made with the idea of battling Jinchuriki who are stronger than the Tailed Beasts and in some cases, Akatsuki 1v1'd Jinchuriki and won. Meaning Akatsuki>Jinchuriki>Tailed Beasts. We also have Kage who are on par or stronger than some of the Tailed Beasts as well (3rd Raikage>8 Tails>7 Tails and below). Only thing Kabuto has to be worried about is Gedo Mazo and Edo Madara should be able to hold it off Also, Obito sucking up enemies just gives Kabuto's army access to his body hiding away in the Kamui Dimension.

Fantastic video. Going over all the evidence on paper it really seems like Obito himself is honestly a much bigger threat on his own than his ENTIRE army he assembled, which is crazy. His 6 Paths Jinchuriki got all put on their asses by BM bee, In V2 they can’t even overtake KCM1, Naruto, Kakashi, Guy, and Bee even with the slight numbers advantage, and then KCM2 Naruto bullies hem all. They’d basically all kinda get effed in BM by Amaterasu spam combined with all the other crazy Edo jutsu. But then Obito is solo-stalling KCM2 Naruto, tanking his Rasengans to the face (to be fair his mask probably took most of the damage), pinning down Bee in Biju Mode with his Kamui weapons while also fighting Kakashi and Guy too. The man is insane. As for the Zetsu army, honestly Deidara + Kakuzu + Kimimaro + Rasa probably sweep the a good number of them with their large scale jutsu. And being real here…Kabuto getting wrecked by Madara after summoning him would be top ten Naruto funny moments.

The only problem I have with this Hypothesis is the fact you never took into account the only reason the Zetsu army managed to slow down the alliance and take out people was because they were infiltrating their rank by taking the appearance/chakra signature of many alliance Ninjas and backstabbing them like he did with Neji. It’s a whole different story for Kabuto’s Edo Army cause the moment one show off his hands unless they have like a sealing jutsu of their own « news flash they don’t » the army will just start blasting left and right the second they see one another and if the one they blasted regenerate they know they gucci. The Zetsu army is a joke if the ennemies doesn’t effing care about friendly fire. There’s no Zetsu or amalgamation of Zetsus that can pause a real threat to most Edo Tenseis. Talking like Zetsu would slow them down enough for X to happen is laughable at best cause no they wouldn’t be slowing them down. xD

I think Obito has a permanent solution for any edo tensei in the human path of the renigan , as he could just yoink the soul out of any problem soldier which kabuto would have to personally re-summon.

Well, again looking at it realistically he’d either do one of two things since we know Kabuto can’t control Madara similarly to Orochimaru not being able to control Hashirama. 1. If the Juubi wasn’t revived in time he could theoretically help by waiting for the right time to have Obito revive himself. Remember, Obito CANNOT become the juubi jinchuriki until the seal on his heart is broken. So in reality, Madara would Uno reverse both Obito and Kabuto and become the juubi jinchuriki once he’s revived and his limbo 2. If the Juubi was revived but in its initial forms then nothing from the first point would change. Madara would still wait for the right time to revive himself with Obito as the sacrifice and Zetsu switching to Madara’s side. Then Kabuto in general wouldn’t matter

Fun video I have a few thoughts. Madara undoing his contract was while kabuto was taken out, we don't have evidence that he can do that when kabuto is still alive/active. Also if kabuto doesn't have the ability to control madara then he wouldnt have been able to show him off infront of obito when they first met, I imagine he can choose how much control he has over madara much better then a freshly revived orochimaru who hasnt been able to use his hands until this point can control harashima. Why would kabuto have to send everyone out but obito can just wait? In this scenario there isnt a naruto running around that everyone is trying to grab/defend. Kabuto isnt going to just spread his army out to find obito for no reason, he could just surround himself with his best edos wait for obito just as easily as obito waits for him. No one on obito's side has sealing jutsu other then im assuming obito, how does he deal with the edos? Even if he absorbs them they dont necessarily die or lose control, we dont have any evidence that would happen. If he does absorb some of them why wouldn't they attack him from inside his dimension like kakashi did? If obito managed to get the 10 tails using the gold and silver brothers, which is very dangerous for him as they could just as easily catch him with the ninja tools as he inevitably leaves himself open when he tries to fight against multiple opponents at once. Say he does and summons the 10 tails how does he control it without madara? He already misses a tail beast bomb in the real timeline because he loses control and thats with madara's help. Does it just rampage around destroying everything at this stage? Then if it kills kabuto the edo army doesnt dissappear so then where does obito go from there, does he have to absorb the 10 tails himself? It all seems to be going too far in the same direction as the mainline story with too many assumptions in obito's favour. I don't know why everyone always assumes kabuto will just stay in his cave the entire time and not also engage on the battlefield in what if scenario's, being relative to obito himself in power. Why wouldnt he have all of the akatsuki by his side and take on obito? He has the advantage of information on his techniques while obito has no idea about kabutos sage mode abilities. Obito struggles against an exhausted naruto, guy and kakashi so im not sure how he deals with kabuto and his edos in a direct confrontation. The tail beasts are a little bit of a tricky area in this scenario, if one of them gets destroyed it ruins the entire plan, the akatsuki are tail beast level alone even before they were immortal so having the tail beasts engage with the edo army is dangerous for obitos end goal. Honestly I see this as a relatively easy win for kabuto unless obito gets 10 tails, but he doesn't start with it so I dont see why we give it to him during the scenario as it's a completely different situation with too many variables to give him the benefit of doubt. But also, they were fighting the shinobi alliance of 80,000 shinobi instead of tens if not hundreds of edos max. So it's an unquantifiable nerf and a buff I guess, so it's the same in terms of speculation. But thoughts?

It wasn't proven wether or not Madara could break out of edo tensai. All we do know is that once it was released he was able to resend the contract gaining hid freewill and so on.

btw ain't it weird that Kinkaku and Ginkaku came back to life with a full tank of kyuubi chakra. Did naruto give Neji any chakra? Cause with a little edo tensei we could use some of that too... FULL tank of 9 tail chakra stocked away in the pure lands, no seal needed (like with Minato)

I think that we have so many fighters and factors in this that just result in Obito losing. For example what if Itachi Toska blades a tailed beast and sealed them away. Or if nagato absorbs the barrier protecting the tailed beast. What if deidara uses his C0 and one shots all the zetsu. He just has so much man power and such a raw arsenal I think obito gets overwhelmed and loses.

When talking about sealing jutsu can’t Obito use the human path? Also he could probably use the soul dragon thing Nagato used against Hanzo. Right?

Here's how I would write the end of the fight. Regardless of how it goes up to this point, Kabuto reanimated somebody who doesn't want either one to win and kills thek both. This could work more easily with Madara, but I think it would be especially funny for Itachi to do. Kotoamataukami's his way free, gets Obito with the Totsuka blade (despite Kamui) and does whatever genjutsu to fuck up Kabuto

Only way I see obito winning is through getting the biggest edo carries like nagato and itachi into kamui dimension, then using the tails beasts biju damas, and get shukaku to mass seal the edo tensei army, shukaku sealing power is quite something and he can do this in an area. Also remember kamui is a very broken ability, he can litarilly teleport to kabuto and such. If all of this does not work for wathever reason he can just absorve the 10 tails, and get full rinnegan. Also a huge factor is if madara is controlled by kabuto, he is gonna win, but if madara breaks free he losses.

The Gunbai is a huge counter to any Edo Tensei as it was able to reflect a Rasengan from KCM2 Naruto. Almost no edo scales to that besides Madara and its debatable if Madara would fight for Kabuto against Obito.

Someone should talk more about the random duo's like when Kabuto showed up to the Jinchuriki turtle Island with a reanimated Deidara. How strong was that Duo really? Would be cool to talk about what would happen if that Duo was sent to capture Killer bee or a hypothetical against Pain etc.

Excluding Madara. Kabuto has like 30 edos that can take on tailed beast and his heavy hitters can take on the Gedo Statue. He himself can beat anything in the battlefield.

What stops Kabuto from taking direct control of Itachi and Totsuka stabbing all the tailed beast the second Obito summons them? Is the KinGin bros more important than Itachi and Nagato who can destroy the tailed beast very effectively. Who controls the Gedo Statue? Nagato or Obito? If it is Obito putting it the Tailed Beast inside the Gedo Statue makes it a huge target for Muu, Itachi or Nagato.

How’s obito gonna seal the edotensei shinobi with tailed beasts, Gedo statue and white zestu lol. His greatest hope is that Madara isn’t completely controlled by kabuto and switches sides. Then it’s a wrap lol.

FIRST OF ALL Kabuto captured Yamato, so in this hypothetical, the Zetsu would NOT be upgraded. But EVEN IF I gave you that, I'm pretty sure the upgrade was not for stats. It was to allow them to morph into other shinobi/change their chakra signature, which would not be relevant in a fight against edo's. Edo army stomps, hands down :P

Obitos only real issue is madara. Other than that we can look at how kabutos army did against naruto and get a pretty good idea of how obito would fair against them.
