Visited London in November. Walked around at night and randomly stopped at Dishoom. Went to the bar thinking I'd wait forever and 10 minutes in got a table, food was amazing. The ambiance at night is something else.

Obi when you fill up food not sure what was in the first box opened use fifo first in first out, by pouring over the existing the bottom will eventually get stale. Hope this makes sense

Hey Obi, I have that same bookshelf. Just make sure you don't overload it without the support hook, otherwise it will capsize forward due to the weight of the books. Never been to the UK though. just from watching the video, it makes me want to visit. btw, that workout looks intense. Whenever I make it to London, I'd like to try and see how far I get with one of your standard workouts!

Try the Altra running shoes Obi they fit like a glove on your feet…. the Hokas have almost too much cushion still great shoes though.

Quick question: I love cardio but when I do it I am in the zone and hate interruptions. Such as when I am cycling outdoors and have to stop for a light or someone blocks my path. Doesn't it kind of pull you out of your zone when you set up all these angles with your camera? Just curious.
