I live on a small island but your natural physic is really defined, it must be your genetics. I like the clips where you train with others because it's like being part of a virtual gym session. I also agree with joshuafreeman 8086 I enjoyed just listening to you during my gym sessions or just before I leave the house. Thank you for the motivation to move beyond my physical strengths.
