Hi QB, to you recommend the tank to free 2 play players?

This tank has been in the console version for 2 years now and they just added the Sturmtiger line to the German td line.

I will definitely bid on it as the tank looks fun and very unique. I have 275k free xp laying around I will probably convert about 70k xp so I have about 345k. That will cost me a bit more than 10 Euros and I guess that will definitely be enough to get it. If I wanted to I could still convert nearly 100k xp but thats xp from my T10s which I wanted to use for field mods so I probably dont want to touch that. The competitive bid just raised to 320k xp so lets see how much it will be around midnight CET and then I will bid and will see if I got it when I wake up the next day. :)

@@christopherestes6760 Soviets could afford multiple experimental tanks during and after WWII. That's why I kinda hate all of the bombastic German experiments, like Tiger IIs, Jagdtigers or Maus, because they should've build Pz IVs instead, to save resources when they were losing the war.

@@ANGEL_LUCIFER you literally have videos uploaded from a few days ago that shows you have less than 30k. Convertable exp isnt free exp. If you spend 36k gold to convert it, then youre not a f2p. Otherwise, do you lot get off on lying to strangers on the internet?

yeah sounds kinda off

on console it has the same gun sounds as a 120-122mm kind of sound. its mainly becuase all of the gun sounds(at least in console) is different, 130mm guns make 120mm sounds, 150-155 makes 130mm sounds, 100mm makes 90mm sounds and 105mm makes 100mm gun sounds

Yaah, really awkward I should say, cuz whenever you fire you feel like playing a medium tank but doing 750dmg, it doesn't make any sense!

The 268 version 5 is over powered. It's on console as a reward from the seasons pass. It's broken

@@Smash_RC I don't have the tank, nor did I play against it, but the low DPM and mediocre armor at best, including the turret, makes me think that it can be consistently defeated. Sure, if you allow it to poke every 15 seconds and shave off 750HP from your tank, you're gonna have a bad day, but that sounds more like a "you" problem to me 😆

@@Smash_RC pc’s version 5 isn’t op, it’s 750 alpha not 850. It’s reload isn’t 12 seconds and it’s armor is mediocre.

Yeah that's what I thought as well, plus I'd assume it was a weak spot and they were good players so it's logical they're try shooting at it.

On console all of our 850 alpha TDs already had the alpha to begin with I'm pretty sure, but that e4 armor buff was straight up ludicrous and now they're thinking of buffing it again (look on the official wotc discord if you don't believe me)

it is a balanced tank because it doesnt cost money. "WG actually manages to balance tanks now" is such a very absurd thing to say.

@@KarlEller but they did add maps. Still, yes, it feels repetitive. The game mechanic should be expanded. We have arti, and we have fake mortars on skins. there is now a tier 10 with a 3d skin, with a mortar on the back. I want stuff like that to be real.

The maps are the lungs of this game. WG still hasnt realised that.

Yes I think QBs characterization of the median may be misleading...the way I read it is that it is the median of ALL bids not just current WINNING bids.

Last minute dpm nerf? It had the same dpm since atleast 2017... Only last minute thing was buff to shell velocity, gun handling and 100 extra hitpoints.

@@codyfrench7668 but as it turnes out there are very small differences in some points... E.g. this tank is pretty the same but the alpha damage. But most of the tume you are right to say that you can't compare those two games

It’s a bit different on console. The turret armor is significantly better and it’s turret traverse is much faster. Also all standard TD guns do 850 alpha unlike their counterparts on pc that do 750 just like how console arty is still unchanged and now beyond broken with the global dispersion reduction by equipment/skills/consumable. Console has been fucked since 6.0

Object 268 versions 2 and 3 were earlier stages of the 4 and 5. Similar styles, but with some minor tweaks. I believe the wargaming wiki has info on them if you go to the 268 page and scroll down to historical info

Ya the 114 basically has paper armor but it's gun handling is amazing.

I've never had much of an issue with handling. I play the tank as a support heavy, popping out from behind the heavies and smacking them in the face then backing up. It gives off a decent fear factor with the big gun

And surprisingly the Grille has the 2-3 weakest gun of tier 10. It's only savings grace is the fact that it's "accurate."

A -Tedioum- Tedium, if you will...

The bad ground resistance means it's only faster than the T110E4 once you unlock that second field mod. But once you do that and have an Off-Road Driving driver, you'll be faster than the E4 even if you don't use a Turbo. Plus having significantly better camo than the E4. Along with slightly better standard pen and accuracy, and a fully rotating turret rather than the E4's half-turret. While the T110E4 has better hull armor and its cupola weakspot is at the back rather than the front of the turret and thus somewhat more hideable. But the E4's cupola is also bigger than the 268 V5's. All in all I think I'd prefer the V5 over the E4. Too bad I didn't have anywhere near enough FXP to bid for it.

It has the T-10 hull, no armor at all and horrible to sidescrape against big guns

@@FlyLeah be a sniper its still like only sniper td whit strv in tier 10 note all tds can snipe but these 2 are specially made for only that.

@@Taskuli12 I have the Grille and I hate it. I barely do damage in mine because it seems like I am spotted no matter what I do. In addition to that, my shots virtually never land where I aim them. Shooting at the side of the E100 at 300m and my shots will fly over the tank about 80% of the time. Then I'll hit and it'll bounce.

They arent premiums though because they dont have the credit earnings, reward tanks which excludes them from ranked and credit earnings, you do however get a crew trainer... as for WT12 thats only available on the chinese server where they already had WT12... since chinese server is now getting regular main train patches again.

@@Covenant-R they dont have the wt 12, they have the wt auf e100 P. this wt 12 is a new addition to the game files ALONGSIDE the wt auf e100 P meaning its a seperate new vehicle.
