Counterpoint: Shining belongs in S Tier for her voice acting. She stopped one of my depression episodes dead in it's tracks long before she got an EN Voice Actress, which is still pretty good. If Gavial Alter belongs in S, so does Saria. Yes, Gavial Alter is objectively hotter, but don't you dare tell me you don't want Saria to break half the bones in your body with her fists and the rest with her pelvis, because I'll call you a fucking lair. Hibiscus Alter in A too. Those Alter Outfits just hit so much harder. Maybe Meteorite in B just because of the combination of Absolute Territory and Sweater Dumplings. Otherwise, I mostly agree with this list. These takes are Absolute Degen Hours... and that makes this video all the better.

Surtr needs to be an easy S tier by your standards homie! She’ll straight up kill you, smaller booba, personality is very tsundere like too. Her drip with the skirt (almost no one else has one) and the summer skin? Plus her summon (demon) is such a cool guy, it’s like a father figure based on her chibi base animations. Nah bruh she is definitely S tier, other than that, good vid!

A respectable list, though for me personally, Mostima would also be in the highest tier along with Exusiai. Even if she isn't that great overall as an operator in-game, I think she's also one of the few operators who likes dokutah. That is if her trust 1 and 3 dialogue is anything to go by (or i'm gaslighting myself to believe it). But yes, I also would like her to stop my time and use me..I mean what?

How tf is Matoimaru not at least A tier? I know she isn't very popular, but her assistant voicelines literally include her inviting you to try her cooking and talking in an overall exciting and enthusiastic tone. Not to mention the nice booba and thighs too. I'd put her as one of top 10 waifus in arknights.
