The reason the emperor is such a demigod is because he is voiced by Sir Patrick Steward, aka the voice actor of the Poop Emoji in the Emoji Movie (2017.)

Thank you for everything you do for this game ! We're a lot of people that freaking love Oblivion, and it is very important for us that some people shows this kind of love for this masterpiece. Try to never forget Oblivion even if I completely understand that you want/need to play some other games ! Your base audience (me included) will follow you anywhere, but we need some Oblivion times to times, and I think you understand that :) we love this game as much as you do !!!
