Your reactions are just the best. For the life of me I cannot understand why some reactors and people commenting, moan and/or focus on Floor being too low in the mix and/or how the music gets in the way of some of her previous covers. It is such a relief to see your reactions to this and other covers by Floor, where you pay tribute and appreciate the efforts of all the people, musicians, backing, mixing, filming, editing etc who work to create these gems for us all. As for Floor, she is just the gift that keeps on giving and this latest cover is just phenomenal again. Bottom line when Floor sings the world stops still, listens and is a better place than it was before.

Not only this is an amazing song and an amazing cover - but I am soooooo glad that at last Flo and her husband reached the highest level Flo suppose to be at. Previous covers were great but the sound overall needed to be adjusted. It all seemed as "warm up" videos. NOW this - is THE thing. This is the god level they now can look as the new platform to build their home studio and the starting point. This thing here is so good to the goosebumps level. You touched something about the 'cover' thing where i was thinking about before Floor placed this masterpiece. There are people who want to play down what Floor is doing, the so called haters. Floor the cover artist and so on. But i did go back in history, Joe Cocker; With a little help from my friends, The Animals: The house of the rising sun ... key songs - you can make such a long list of 'covered songs' nobody presents as covers but as autonome pieces of art in music historiy. And how many people noticed that Floor makes them her one. Just as all the true great performers. I hate all the hating when it disurves the opposite with much respect. After hearing this, I was just saying to Grace that if Nightwish ended, she could do well with a solo pop/rock/metal hybrid musical venture, maybe even with her husband Hannes. She's got the skill to pull it off and with all the exposure she got from Nightwish, Beste Zangers and all these covers on her KZfaq channel, i think it would be successful. Cheers!

I find it quite interesting that so many people do not know the movie, or didn't think it particularly good. Why? Simply, because the movie is as good as this song: haunting, sad, unexpected twists and moves, but with a shimmer of hope, open ending, towards the end. That is what it does to me, from an emotional point of view. I do think that they should have hired Floor to perform this song for the movie, because it really makes it so much better, the way she performs it. It fits the visual impact of the movie, and its storyline so well. I 'd honestly suggest you all watch the movie again, with this song in mind, the way Floor performs it, better than anybody else could have done, emoting it the way she just did .... Thank you for your reaction, Olly, I loved it .... Oh, the original doesn't hold a candle to this version, if you'd ask me. No comparison ....

On the one hand it's woderful and I enjoyed it a lot BUT on the other hand it's like she's like stuck in 2nd gear and handbrake not released. I damn miss the Nightwish epicness on this with her belting and crying out full blast and not this radio compatible version. This is just a glimpse of what she's capable.
