Don't worry, there's still obnoxious youth today, of course. They listen to angry rap instead of metal, and often their evening ends up in violence after driving their loud cars for hours. What a fulfilling existence.

Looks like this footage is from the August 1989 Savage Steel show? I believe a then unknown band named Soundgarden was the opener.
