Mam there was one more question regarding the effect of smoking during pregnancy.. I don’t recall all the 4 options but one of the option was no effect and other was decrease the risk if IUGR, and the remaining 2 options were also like decrease in something and increase in something. So if possible, can you help in finding the correct solution to this one? It was a one liner question I remember this clearly

Respected Ma'am, I had done your entire videos in final year but this year in internship I had done just Rapid revision notes for obgyn but now there are 6 months left. Would going through One Touch OBGYN be a better choice or I should contiue with rapid revision notes as revision source maam?

Hlo Mam I have a doubt in abnormal sexual development if there is 17 alpha hydroxylase deficiency or 17 20 lease deficiency there will be complete decrease in androgens so male should have female external genitalia only if there is partial androgen insensitivity syndrome then male baby should be ambiguous then y here the is ambiguous genatalia Mam can u plz explain

Maam one question was as follows What is true about gestational trophoblastic disease and the answers were 1 it includes partial mole complete mole epitheloid trophoblastic disease and placental site trophoblastic disease 2 partial mole is diploid and complete mole triploid 3 was both low and high risk require multiple chemotherapy doses ( not the exact wordings ) Last option I can’t remember Maam what is the right answer ???

Mam in question 1 ,1 option was termination of pregnancy done only if fetal anaomaly is present

Then that becomes the correct answer as with congenital anomalies- mtp can be done till 24 weeks nd if severe anomalies are present then no upper limit - if permitted by medical board
