Yea there's nothing wrong with wanting things or desire for friendship or connection. But when the behaviour to go connect stems from insecurity, it can cause more harm than good. I related to a decent amount of it. Interestingly enough I find myself doing the opposite, attempting online friendships for the first time vs real life. Maybe these things change with the seasons of life. Great Video!

Firstly, I'm sincerely sorry about your poor health !! Sometimes in pain we gotta walk through the flames to get to the other side. (breathing techniques helps us)!! You have my Gratitude.. You delivered powerful words all throughout your entire video that is what i call integrity. Sometimes we need to push the demons out to destroy the ones in front of us!..
