I really like how this creates a sort of... explanation for Crow's abilities. For a while I didn't know how a single cat could have possibly managed to kill a whole clan but if she was forced to fight her clanmates from a young age (possibly even facing more than one opponent) then she would have not only developed her abilities but known exactly how they all fought down to a T.

I find it very poetic and interesting that, by making her face nearly all of her clan in combat, Raveneye gave her the means she needed to wipe out her entire clan. Training nonstop from a young age teaches you how people fight, how they move, how they think; and you can clearly see Crowsong uses the knowledge she gathers from her clanmates to eventually defeat them in combat. By shunning her, bullying her, harrassing her nonstop they molded her into a weapon tailor-made to kill them all off, and they got no one but themselves to blame. That's just a theory, tho! I appreciate the air of ambiguity left in these AMVs, can't wait to learn more about Crowsong!!

There’s something so sad about knowing that these battle moves are supposed to be used against other Clans or wild animals. That you’re supposed to learn this to be able to fight with your Clan against your opponents, that’s how everyone else was taught. But Crowsong’s clanmates don’t want to fight with her, to charge into battle by her side, to cover her back while fighting any opponents. So she never learns to fight with a partner, to watch someone’s back, to turn her back at all. It’s her against the world. She knows everyone’s speed but not to match it, knows everyone’s swipes so she can dodge them, knows everyone’s style so she can work against it, but never with it

It's crazy to me how Raveneye had the gall to dress it up as "training" when in reality Crowpaw was fighting for her life every time. Their claws aren't sheathed, they repeatedly aim for her throat. Every clanmate she was up against was trying to kill her and maybe that was Raveneye's goal, for a tragic "training accident" to be rid of her. It's even worse if Crowpaw didn't even realize this, at least at first when she was still very young. Just me theorizing, but man, besides the kits that died, I don't feel bad one bit for what ends up happening to CorvidClan.

I love how this AMV demonstrates her getting more and more frustrated, and how she pushes herself to try and beat those against her, until she’s so angry that she challenges her father and leader, leading to immediate regret as he gives her the scar she’s seen with when she’s slightly younger. It’s a very well-shown escalation, especially since she’d be high on adrenaline from the other victories. She doesn’t think, and her father is quick to make her do so, even if it’s too late for her to. Edit: Another detail I love is how she’s always aiming for the eyes in her final blows (like the song says to do). Then, when she yells at Raveneye, we see only his injured eye as he turns to her (Which reminds me to how in the start his sightless eye is open while his sightful one is closed before also opening, which is interesting because it suggests he can’t close that one, always having the eye that can’t see looking out into the world while he closes the one that can see. It implies something interesting of his character, especially considering his name.), and then he scars her eye-specifically the right one, which is the same eye as his sightless one. Something tells me it’s symbolism for what’s to come, or maybe that Crowsong is more similar to her father than she thinks.

THAT'S WHAT THE CLAW SCAR ON HER EYE IS! Can just imagine Raveneye scarring her and giving her her warrior name. At last giving her what she wanted - a name and acknowledgement - but instead of it being given with the praise of a father, it's given with scorn and a scar. Absolutely stunning animation as always. This story is so fascinating and I can't wait to see more of it unfold!

I love that this also subtly explains how Crowsong managed to singlehandedly slaughter them all in the finale of her character arc. This brutal, unfair hazing thrust upon her by everyone in the Clan meant she knew exactly how every single one of them fights like the back of her hand (paw?), so she knew exactly what to do to kill them when the time came. edit: whoops somebody already said this. Oh well. I'd love to have been a fly on the wall when Raveneye finally had to face down his crazed daughter as the climax of all the evil things he's done to her. Maybe he was ironically the only one who recognized her at the end, it would have been some intense karmic retribution for him in his final moments

One thing I noticed is that during the 1:1 fight scenes with the apprentices Jackdawpaw (the cat with the big eyes) doesnt seem as into the fight as the other two. While the other two appeared incredibly confident and very obviously taking down Crow with ease, there is no scene where Jackdaw has Crow pinned down or very obviously defeated her. This can be one of two things 1. Because of his difficulty showing emotions, there was no need to "show off" like the other two have. Hes more focused on the fight, and because hes naturally really mellow on the outside then it explains why he wasnt grinning or showing malice 2. He was actually having a bit more trouble fighting Crow. According to his toyhouse page his lack of visions and only being able to see blurred colors means its VERY hard for him to interpret his surroundings when theres a very bright color in front of him. Like white. So out of all three of them, Jackdaw would have a harder time simply beating up Crow and winning the fight. Obviously hes still a formidable fighter with his hearing and smell, so he still would have won, but maybe he hasnt quite learned to hone in on those skills yet? I may be reading too much into this but its a little thing i picked up on. This video is so rich in detail and emotion between all the characters especially Crows growing rage

The passionate rage on Crowsongs face during the last chorus is so good. Absolutely outstanding work. Not to mention the incredibly dynamic fights.

Honestly, I enjoy how you included Jackdaw in the PMV enjoying beating Crowsong. A lot of people assume that being disabled makes you a better person/more empathetic to others disabled, and as someone disabled who has been in disabled filled spaces, I can confirm that it’s a dangerous stereotype. Just like the other cats assuming Jackdaw can’t fight would be dangerous, Crow assuming Jackdaw would sympathize with her would be just as dangerous.

What really gets me, is Crowsong knew she wasn't loved by her clan and at some point through the constant fighting probably thought that she had to earn her place as a warrior, that maybe becoming the best would of given her the acknowledgment she deserved. The attention she desperately craved as a member of the clan. This really shows how her transformation occurred to the blood thirsty Crowsong we know now.

I know for a fact that there’s a 12 year old out there somewhere watching this and years in the future they’re going to credit this as their inspiration to start drawing and animating Your art is absolutely amazing and you’re no doubt an inspiration to so many people!!

This is honest to god the most beautiful thing I have seen this week. The way Crowsong gets more and more frustrated after each fight because no matter how many fights she wins her clan will never except her, to the point she challenges Raveneye, her leader and FATHER, just to prove a point. And the way Raveneye emotionlessly stares at her, his only surviving kit, and wholeheartedly attacks her brutally enough to leave scars. Weepingwind and Omensky were truly the only cats in her clan that loved her, and once they were gone, it’s no wonder she snapped and killed everyone. Just 🤌❤ chef’s kiss. Perfect video

There's nothing I can say about this that would accurately sum up my feelings towards it so in honour of me rewatching all the patreon wips 1000 times and the finished product just as many, I'm gonna point out my favourite details LOL - Just the body language in the opening shot alone: the apprentices look confident while Crow is crouched defensively, Carrion is enjoying watching her son beat up a child, Rook seems more focused on actually watching how Chough fights, Coal appears to be observing out of genuine curiosity and not really rooting for either side, Onyx and Soot look like they might be discussing something amongst themselves. - The way Jackdaw and Talon look determined to genuinely hone their abilities while Chough looks like he's enjoying the cruelty more than anything else. Also how Jackdaw is the only one who appears to have trouble beating Crow because of his blindness probably messing with his depth perception. - YOU CAN SEE THE FOREST REFLECTED IN CROW'S EYES. - When Rook and Crow collide near the end, the blood splatter comes from Rook-- in the next shot Crow only has some small scrapes, but you can see blood running down Rook's face. - Crow's anger at the end only comes when she turns around and sees Raven walking away from her. Because she wants him to see how skilled she is, and he isn't even paying attention despite him being the one to kickstart this whole bloodbath in the first place. - Raven doesn't accept Crow's challenge. She wants him to fight her to properly prove herself to him, but instead of agreeing to a fair fight he turns around and gives her one solid claw across the eye to tell her to shut up. Not only do we see how Crow became capable of killing a whole Clan, but it's the first time we've really seen just how determined Raven was NOT to acknowledge his daughter.

Feel like I could go on about how cool this is for ages, this is such a well done project with soooooo much insane character actingg. It's so clear how long she's been put through this and how her fighting ability has built up over time, not just in general but her ability to fight each of her clanmates specifically. Especially with Choughsneak, it's literally like she's trying to fake him out at every turn because she's fought him so many times and knows his typical patterns, and you can see how frustrated and surprised that nothing is landing when he normally takes glee in beating her. I loveeeeeee when she strikes backwards at his eye, it takes so much confidence and self assuredness in knowing where he was going to be to pull that off when she wasn't even really facing him. Triple love how it harkens to her father too because he only seems to regard her with his blind eye, in general and before he strikes her at the end. Really incredible 10/10 can't stop rewatching, the motion blurs and details in your frames are incredible, you work with so many frames but really know when to punch movements for max impact, also your compositing on this with the background movement is crazy impressive

OHMYGODD THIS IS THE AMV EVER…. i want to go over how lovely the fight scenes are but one of my favorite parts is just how raveneye is animated at the end!!! most of the amv is very fast paced(in a good way!) but how slow and looming his movements are at the end just make him seem all the more intimidating and i love when he stretches out his paw it doesnt have the same intensity crowpaw had when going out to scratch chough, it just shows how much more trained in this he is and how even after all crows shown herself to be he still doesnt fear her enough to just quickly strike her, he simply just outstretches a paw and scratches :3 but GOD crow is so girlboss in this im the no1 crow fan

GOD THE ANIMATION! Crowpaw's rise to power is demonstrated very quickly but yet the timing feels perfect! I also had to laugh a little that everyone getting their butt's kicked was on beat to the music; that just puts a big grin on my face! Normally watching battles scenes like this is a little hard to follow because of how fast they move, but I didn't have to pause this one at all to keep up! Each snippet was carefully done to work in a 3D environment while staying true to the character designs! I'm honestly in love, and having seen the WIPs for this, I can tell why it took so long and see how much love it was given! Just when I think Crowsong's story cannot be built upon more, you find interesting ways to tell her tale! aGH! I'm just.. aGH! I love it! Such an inspiration!

After watching this several times over the past few days, I noticed something that I find pretty interesting - Crowsong's pupils gradually get smaller as the video progresses and she gets more rage filled in her. In the beginning, her pupils are pretty large (not to mention she looks more nervous), but as it goes on, her pupils get smaller until you can barely see them at all when she challenges Raveneye. This is an amazing animation, though, and I find it just super cool overall! I have to keep backing up parts just to watch the animation (for some reason, I think my favorite part is the "Trust deceived" piece where she slams down Jackdawgale and Talontail and then fights Choughsneak). I love your animations and I can't wait to see more!

The fight scenes were so well done, and I loved how Crowsong learned her clan-mate’s fighting styles through all of the pain and ostracism in her younger life. At the end, she looked furious and the facial expressions really showed the pure hatred she had for Raveneye. I absolutely loved this.

This was gorgeous!! What's tragic is if it was winter it'd be Crow that has the upper paw over them all. Especially if a snow storm it. That white fur is perfect camouflage in winter unlike her dark furred clan mates that mock and show such cruelty due to their culture. Brilliant work as always once again.🎉

The two last scenes are my favourites. The first one. I don't remember seeing any art where you draw cat's mouth that open. To see Crowpaw almost unlocking her jaw while screaming at Raveneye totally sells the idea that she's full of adrenaline and frustration in that very moment. It's fantastic. The second one. Making Raveneye turn around while only showing his blind eye is genius. Not only is uncomfortable to have it as the focus of the scene, but it's also a reminder of HIS father's shadow over him. It creeps me out a lot. Overall, awesome AMV! So glad to see Carrioncall again, seeing how her son and husband get their butts kicked, lol.

I waited to be able to watch this on my computer rather than my tiny phone screen and I'm really glad I did. This animation is gorgeous and I know I'm going to be replaying it for months. I especially love the scene at 1:05 there is so much emotion

I love the detail of how crow and raven both strike someone almost in a similar fashion, Crowpaw striking Choughpaw in the face and Raveneye doing the exact same

I am always STUNNED by your work, and this is no exception. Your mastery of anatomy allows for every frame to shine, and every movement is perfectly articulated. I have been a follower of Crowsong's story since The Angry River and am amazed by how much, not only your art has grown, but your talent of storytelling. I can imagine this single AMV took months of dedication, but the beautiful product is all worth it. This is a masterpiece.

WAHHHGG okay so after watching this in the premier, I then of course went back through the video at 0.1 speed to look at all the frames. The subtleties of the choreography can be easy to miss in such fast paced fighting scenes so I wanted to be sure I watched it extra slow. AND DAMN THAT CHOREO... especially in the fight with Chough, the way they watch each other to predict the other's movements and dodge, block and parry the other's swipes? When he tosses Crow and she hits the ground hard right into her ribs, hard enough she literally Bounces! but uses that momentum to jump to her feet. AND ALREADY she's anticipated his jump, spun around to face where he's going to land, BEFORE HE'S EVEN ACTUALLY LANDED... LIKE??? LIKE THAT MOVE IS JUST SO INTELLIGENT!??! And if I have to pick my favourite tiny piece of this AMV it is probably that tiny little detail. And damn, from a narrative standpoint, these cats are trying to train her right out the get go from her kithood, and little do they know they're literally training her to be this unstoppable force that's later going to kill them 😳 The size difference between Crow and everyone else, poor kid lol When she's a bit older at the end I also love the transitions of her fighting between the older cats and how it doesn't lose even a shred of momentum, just changes the cats out mid-fight. ALSO the fact that Crow's literally always got her eyes on her opponent, through all this leaping around she's always watching them to dodge their next move. On that note ALL THIS SPINNING and the ANGLES though... such a huge flex to have movement like this? and the fact you managed to have the camera keep up with it realistically. The concept of quadruped martial arts is actually something I think about all the time because in writing stories it's such a fun playground, so to see a video full of cat sparring with so much care and thought put into the balance of the quadruped and the techniques they would use, it just scratched such a specific itch in my brain lmao. Justtttt the sheer degree of work that goes into an animation like this, months and months of work... and also how much thought and research needs to go into such a high-profile professional looking project like this, hours spent on just one frame, all the background vis-dev of sets and character design and style guides, Crowsong's billions of individual curly piece of fur that you have to track and keep consistent, only for us as the audience to watch it in just over a minute... I appreciate and respect that work ethic and dedication so so much, so I definitely am going through and looking at these frames individually as illustrations to marvel at how much time and love was put into each one. So I am leaving this big obnoxious comment that probably looks very pretentious, just to sort of show that I am rotating this AMV in my mind. I see the reflections of the environment in the eyes and the shine on the claws and teeth, and the paralax backgrounds. I am currently the I Am Looking emoji. Thank you so much for your hard work, for loving what you do to the point of making such an elaborate art piece, and sharing it! Congrats on getting this absolute monster of a project done, I hope you go out and celebrate it, and I super look forward to seeing your future projects and how your story develops 😭

Damn, with each new video telling a new piece to Crowsong's story, I get more and more excited to see with detail the moment in which she - spoilers ahead - will end her entire clan for that "ritual" thing to change her pelt. I wanted to see the other cats' reactions as to what she would do/did, together with their reaction to her new pelt. Man, I love these characters.

UGHH I've seen this over and over for however many times now, and I'm STILL picking up new details! Most of all, I love how you show the passage of time through the environment. The video begins in what feels like a chilly early morning light, and as she continues to fight we see the sun starting to set, showing that she's been forced to train and fight for an incredibly cruel amount of time. You can also see each side characters' demeanor towards Crowpaw, and how some are more eagerly malicious than others. I have a personal theory that some of the clan members, like Ashkit, weren't all completely hateful towards Crowsong, but more so just following the rest of the clan in shunning her. But that doesn't mean every cat believed she deserved to die or be hazed to the level that she was. Some, like Choughsneak and Carrioncall are more than happy to fight her, but others like Jackdawgale and Coalclaw are doing it more out of following orders and don't bare a personal grudge toward her. This is just incredibly beautiful and AMAZING work, Louixie!!! Definitely worth the wait and a HUGE pay off for all your hard work!!

Holy shit, Louixie, you've gotten incredibly better at composition, perspective and dynamic action animation in such a short time! Which is very impressive. The raw emotion of determination, shamefulness, frustration, and even a hint of sadness or envy for the more "stronger" apprentices is shown within this whole animation. I adore this piece, so much!

There's shit ton of things that I absolutely love about this AMV, but here are the core ones: - Frames are in sync with the song's beat and it helps with the flow of the animation - Shadows are used to emphasize a specific element of the frame - The usage of background blur where it's applicable - Animated comic panels -> 0:14, 0:18, 0:24, 1:01 - Clean af lineart - Good usage of inbetweening and timing -> 0:20, 0:34, 0:49 - The lipsync at 1:05 is dynamic - The fight scenes are extremely fast paced, but still easy to follow - And so is the animated story - I like Crowkit/Crowsong's design. Her pink eyes are a nice contrast to the black lineart, shadows and her fur color - Come to think of it, the overall character design is on point +I wonder how long it took to animate both 0:38 and 0:53, because holy shit these animation smears and perspective are godly. Not to mention how believable the characters' animated weight is and how well it correlates to their body type (big fan of 0:56. I like the sturdy lynx/bobcat silhouette he has going on) +The "It was really only you" at 0:21 could be a subtle reference to the main character's story. I don't know how intentional it was, but man does that hit hard. +"The mob jumps to their feet" animated bit at 0:14 is such a nice lyrics/animation combo, and so is 0:36 Thank you for listening to my ted talk. I love how all of the character genuinely have their personalities in their movements and facial expressions. Coughsneak looks very snarky

This AMV is one of the most unique and aesthetically pleasing I’ve seen across the platform! The shots, the coloring and shading, the animation, and the backgrounds are all so pretty! The editing is beautiful and the dedication really shines throughout the whole thing! Your talent is truly unmatched!

"See the lightning in your eyes" - Crowsong to her half-blind murderous father. And that was the moment she knew. She f*cked up. Anyways, I always thought the way Crowsong was able to kill literally EVERYONE in the clan was kind of forced, after all most of them were skilled and fierce fighters; But now with this AMV I kind of understand how she was able to. She had fought with all of them more than once, so she knew about their techniques and tricks. I believe she had a hard time fighting them all, but with her ferocity + skill she figured her way out. I really want to see how the day of the massacre was, and how each one of the clan members died by Crowsong's paws. We know she killed Ashkit first and Featherkit right after with a single strike, but what about the rest? Here is my *THEORY/ INTERPRETATION/FANFIC* for that day: Not everyone of Corvidclan were in the camp when the massacre started. Crowsong obviously aimed for the kits first since they were the weakest, Ashkit being her first victmim and Featherkit coming in second. Duskkit, seeing his sister die in horror, cried out for his parents whom weren't that far from there. But his voice faded away as Crowsong said bybye to Duskkit. When Talontail and Choughsneak came to the rescue of their son, it was too late. Both of them furiously lurged towards Crowsong, but she was faster. Crowsong caught Choughsneak first, (Since he was her strongest/worst enemy?) And smashed his head somewhere (A rock, a tree or even the floor), strong enough to make him pass out. She turned towards Talontail, ending her with a single strike on the neck. She went back to Choughsneak, finishing him as well. Crowsong decided her next target was Onyxpelt, the only elder of Corvidclan and the weakest at the moment. Done with him, she ran to the medicine den, but the healer was nowhere to be seen. Only a few moments later she heard Stormwhisper and Jackdawgale coming back from their 'Herb collecting patrol'. Crowsong hid outside the den, then waited for both to go in. The two of them were so distracted, that they didn't noticed Crowsong coming in, blocking their way out. She striked for Stormwhisper first, and quickly enough the healer fell dead into Jackdawgale's arms. Although he was devastated and confused, he didn't hesitate to fight Crowsong back and take revange for his lover. Guess what, Crowsong won again. Now only three cats remained: Rookfang, Carrioncall and Raveneye. The three of them went on a patrol earlier, and Crowsong knew it wouldn't take long for them to return. Carrioncall and Rookfang, for some reason, came back alone. That didn't really matter, Crowsong could deal with her father later. Both of them were skilled fighters, so Crowsong barely managed to take them both down. She eventually defeated the couple, yowling in victory. Before Carrioncall died, her sight was fixed in somewhere else. Crowsong followed her gaze to see what she was looking into, and it was Raveneye. He had a few injures, and didn't seem not even a bit surprised by all of that mess in the camp. Crowsong and Raveneye then had their heart to heart dialogue before they start fighting to death 🥰 Raveneye was the hardest to kill and it was even more though as she was exausted from all the fighting. When Crowsong thought he would defeat her, she attacked him from his blind side and that bish was finnaly dead. Crowsong sat down and gave her yandere laugh. Suddenly, something attacked from behind. She didn't have any strengh to react, and she didn't really had to, since she would get what she wanted: An eternal blacklpelt and the leadership of Corvidclan after death.... Actually no, she went to Darkforest with only the small child while fricking Raveneye and all the other abusers went to Starclan. :] Now, I can't wait to see the actual thing. I also wonder how Crowsong's story will end. Will Ashkit finnaly leave Crowsong and go to where he deserves to be? Will Crowsong regret the things she have done? Will Crowsong reconize that she never needed to change who she was for the sake of being accepted in the world? Will she meet Magpiewing or Falconflight again, or even try to bring them to train in the dark forest? Will Crowsong meet another evil cats in the Dark Forest, who share the same sorrows as her, and even befriend them? Will Crowsong run after Ashkit after she realizes he was the only thing she had to loose? Will Crowsong reincarnate and start over? What will Magpiewing and Falconflight do now without Crowsong? Will they try to find their way to her or just move on? Will Crowsong try to kill her family again a second time in starclan? So many questions, but only Louixie will tell :C These animations are eyecandy honestly.

- Louixie, I just wanted to say that you’re character Crowsong was absolutely amazing in your video "OC AMV You’re Gonna Go Far Kid"! I was really impressed with the way you portrayed the character and how well it fit with the music. Your attention to detail and the emotion you brought to the character were truly outstanding. Omg no way Choughsneak and that other cat who no one knows. But seriously, this is such a beautiful AMV! I've enjoyed seeing it come together these last months and this still surprised me with how much the editing brings it together. Your expressions and detail work is beautiful as always, but what's really standing out in this IS just how the staging is done! Especially in the fight with chough, seeing the background spin and flip while still being consistent to where they'd be irl, I'm in awe of the planning that must have taken!! As well as the dramatic poses for the comic panel sections, and the EDITING on them!! It keeps up the energy so well while still being readable, and I know I'm going to rewatch this frame by frame again (already did it once but hehe going to watch it again sometime). The SMEAR FRAMES aaaa! They add so much to the movement and make it so much more epic! I love how you can see her get more and more enraged as each fight goes on, and I like how this shows how she was able to kill her whole clan, she’d grown up fighting them and she knew each individuals fighting style and weaknesses.

I cannot comprehend the amount of effort was put into this- the animation is so smooth it feels like this was recorded in real life and the expressions are so just- chefs kiss it beautifully executed, the fight scenes it’s amazing I could never 😭

Oh my god this is absolutely stunning, you completely outdid yourself with this one. I was not expecting such insanely high quality and how beautiful this animation was. I can't describe how impressive this was, and how many times I've rewatched this. I am going WILD over this man God, even from how you've positioned the shots, it's so exciting and it shows how much care and love has gone into the storyboard. I love how you've portrayed this part of the story and how she progressively grows throughout the animation and improves. The achievement the viewer feels once she beats the apprentice trio is such an emotion to convey. I love the expressions here too, how much emotion can be shown through the smallest of movements and bounces in the force put into fighting movements. Your art has improved so much through the weight you put into every move, and how much effort is put into every section of this animation. No part of it feels like it was focused on more than others as all of them are so equally fantastic. I love the graphics and the style on this as well, the lineart is such a good choice for this fast paced animation and you never feel too overwhelmed by the backgrounds and the lighting. Along with the lights on the blood, it's always left me staring because of how beautiful this is. I am loving the rocks in some of the fighting backgrounds, and the scenery in the wider shots. I also adore the blurring and the shifts of focus you've expertly looped into the animation. The perspective on multiple shots have left me in sheer awe. How you've perfectly transitioned into these shots is a beautiful talent. Louixie these shots are leaving my jaw on the floor. I'm so happy to see this beautiful story shown in such a fantastic and breathtaking way, and I cannot get over the jawdropping placements of animation / tweening, then the fantastic graphics and the effort put into every little detail of everything. Your story hold such a dear emotional place, and it's so well crafted and unique, I'm so excited and on the edge of my seat to see more content about these fantastic silly cats. God, I wish I could say more but I'm not sure how I could convey how beautiful this is, you have really outdone yourself with this fantastic work of art Louixie.

Oh my GOODNESS , this is absolutely stunning !! The backgrounds , movements , and even shading are absolutely perfect , the amount of emotion you can feel in this is insane , you did so amazingly well on this and it turned out so so well this was definitely worth the wait ♥️ The fighting scenes were so SO smooth and genuinely really cool. I loved even the littlest details and coloring and just everything about it , you did fantastic on this !! Don’t get me started on the coloring it’s so beautiful and fits every scene and the backgrounds are so pretty, you can really feel the story though this and the emotion it brings and again it’s SO cool , again along with the expressions and the shading it really brings this amazing work more amazing I just can’t get over that expression Crowsong had at the end it was so just UGHH I do not have the words !! The running animations are absolutely STUNNING and again you really pulled off those fighting scenes and made them look so absolutely stunning , The characters are all so unique and different and through your work you can really get a feel for their personalities and such which I find very amazing , you’re genuinely so inspiring and so is your work , The angles are also so well.. angled , every shot has so much in it and I love every second of it, again you can really feel emotion in crowsong in some shots and oh my goodness is it incredible !!! I’m so happy I got to see this when it premiered , good work Lou you did absolutely amazing and I’m really excited to see more from you as always :)♥️

Anyone and everyone could look at this gorgeous and fluid masterpiece and study each frame and admire the artwork for literal hours. This is a animated video that so many individuals would dream to one day to achieve and animate, and the fact that there’s not only so much action, fluidity, and originality to this, makes this video so much more inspiring to so many of us. Hearing the song "You're Gonna Go Far Kid" WITH amazingly smooth animation, and GORGEOUS coloring along with amazing lore not just for Crowpaw but the rest of Corvidclan? EVEN THE FIGHT SCENES! They're so smooth and fluid while also being very cat like! The fact that there's progression too and she's not just too strong or too weak from the start! The beautiful manga style in the trees and moody backgrounds, the force and grit behind the slams and fights and lipsyncs! It's so real! ABOAABWKWJW SO HAPPY You did amazing Louixie and you should be so proud! :)

I'm still studying some more basic fundamentals in art and animation so I can't comment much but I can say that you convey your narrative effectively through these few animated sequences. It is transparent to the viewer that the main subject is the white cat (Crowsong) and how she struggles under the abuse of the other black cats perhaps even the viewers can pick up that there seems to be only dark colored cats Crowsong being the only one. Through the context clues you've left we're able to pick up that Crowsong strives to not only prove herself but survive in a critical and unforgiving world. Your technique of chiaroscuro is commendable and adds to the intense dramatic and on edge nature of the small film. One facet I love of your style in general is despite it appearing so whimsical and refined you are able to implement expressions so naturally into the characters in a way that feels earned. 0:21 for example when Crowkit(paw?) is cast onto the ground she glances a moment over to choughpaw and then glares over at the viewer. I could feel her stare right through me and yet we see Raveneye depicted at a dominating angle towering over her. great work

this is the best fight scene I've ever seen in the whole Warriors fandom.

so im guessing her non stop harrasment and assault slowly taught her the weaknesses of all her clanmates so thats probably why she could singlehandedly murder them all in one go. still a bit flabbergasted that she has that much strenght later on but i can see how that happens lol. that aside this is very fantastic, i dont know where to begin. the consistent shading of the eyes are so pleasing, amazing.

I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS !! The flow of the fur with every movement, the small animation details whenever there’s physical contact between characters or impact with the environment (especially when one of the apprentices hits their head against the tree my GOD) and the pure carnal anger in Crowsong’s expression in the final frames is just incredible. I’ve been passively part of the Warriors YT fandom since the late 2000s and have loved seeing it change and grow, especially seeing old and new artists contribute and develop their talents. It’s really amazing. I’m definitely not so vocal and usually very quiet kind of viewer but every time I see an artist or creator upload a video with ‘AMV’ in the title I get so giddy and excited. This is incredible and the fact you animated this project entirely on your own just blows me away

I can’t express how much I love this. Your animation skills, the lighting, the character designs, the song choice, everything. I feel like, even if you have a lot of subscribers, you’re still pretty underrated. You’re one of the greatest animators I’ve seen on KZfaq, and you don’t have MILLIONS on subscribers?? It’s really sad to see such talented and pure people be so underrated compared to fake or rude “influencers.” But your work is seriously so impressive and stunning!

I find it amusing how they act so cruel towards her because she has a different coloured pelt. When in reality it probably would be black if not for the mutation. she's got achromia I believe, which is albinism. Absolute stunning animation, you never fail to give such masterpieces and have never let us down! I always enjoy looking out for anything new you've made and enjoying every piece of it.

The part where she says “See the lightning in your eyes.” At the end is so powerful… beautiful movement and such fluid animation in general

I just wanna say that I adore the use of long draw out shots during the final two battles. I know that in live-action those kind of shots are hard to do but to see it being used in animation is honestly super impressive! Not to mention how much those kind of shots add to the ‘realism’ and excitement of fight scenes!! Overall super impressed! This came out so so so well!!!

Something I don't think I've seen anyone comment on yet is the really great cat design in this! Almost all the non-Crowsong characters are black cats but they all look different enough to be immediately distinguishable. Great animation by the way :)

although i dislike talontail as a cat (oui oui i'm well aware that this is a crowsong amv), she's an interestingly complex character to read about and watch. the way she'd smack crowsong's head to the ground, degrading her and make snide comments about her malnourishment really covered up the fact that she was jealous of the beauty in crowsong's fur, and that was portrayed amazingly! all in all i loved the animation and the storytelling in this piece ~ can't wait to see more crow content!

I watched this on my pc on fullscreen so your computer's torture didn't go to waste lol, and it is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!!!!!! I love this song so I may be slightly biased, but every bit of this was perfect. I could go through the trouble of telling how how much I love every aspect (the smear frames, expression, lip sync, music sync, anatomy, story, etc.), or I could just say that this is probably one of the best animations I've seen done by one person. I can't imagine the dedication you had in this project, definitely subbing to see more I love this!

In the end all the pain, crying, anger…pays off through a big screen. So excited❤
