But politics shouldn't come into it because you're talking about the rule of law. Why should one side get away with it and not another? National protests would in fact help. Nancy would have them to point to and that would be strategically useful and powerful. We don’t have to wait for the voting opportunity to have protest marches. We are capable of both marching and voting. It’s not just congress that has an obligation. So do we voters....but no person running for office gets elected by telling us to work. But we need to. For those who only do things on line, please remember that no one will forget the women’s march of January 2017. I believe that contributed to us having this diverse Congress. Let’s keep going. I don't know if I would go as far as to say any politician is for the people any more, but I'm going to hope that you're right. To me all politicians represent big business, just different flavors. That's why I think we should have more than two major parties and we should go to the popular vote. We needed the electorial college when we only had horse and buggy days. Now we have the internet and we can speak for ourselves. Besides it's easy for one party or the other to buy the college and if they're gone republicans would never get in.
