Well said 🥲 The worst part is that you cannot talk to anyone about it otherwise people will start making Fun of your, even family doesn't understand 🥲 I have been suffering from this OCD since 2020 and I think it became worsen in covid ....... Gradually I have started facing a lot of mental problems including ocd like- depression, severe anxiety over little things and even I get scared of huge crowd ( social anxiety) I don't know when will I get rid of this ...... But believe me it is gradually taking my life 🧬🧬

you are doing great job . My ocd is cured by ERP and I want all to perform ERP for cure. ERP let's you face your fear. Ask you to confront your fear let your anxiety go as high as it can. It willl make you feal really uncomfortable and then witnessing that nothing of that will actually happen and that's how you will be over your anxiety and you build confidence (woh kehte h na zehar hi zahar ko kat ta h) CONCLUSION : Do not perform compulsive action. Thanks for reading I have written such a long comment to help people because i had facen it it is really very painful.

I have pure o in my mind, when i am not doing any physical activity even don't moving any body parts then my mind create uncomfortable feeling and as soon as i am doing any physical activity or even move any body parts then this uncomfortable feeling is going , how much i run away from my ocd mind but it is not possible for me and my ocd mind grabs me and i m not able to thinking and focus every second my ocd mind fights with me. And i also have intrusive and Sexual thoughts and sometimes i don't identity which thoughts and feeling are my ocd mind and which are not and these constantly fighting in my mind for focus and thinking ruin my life and i am not able to do anything. Help me.

@@khani112 Stay strong, this time will pass . After one year of doing ERP u can say I am cured . I get ocd thoughts they don't bother me now . Please do ERP from Ali greymond channal if you have ocd . It helped me a lot and be strong and have faith, it will be over soon

OCD is caused by depression and this disease main reason is getting humiliation by friends, family and getting failure in many things. Never be in depression when anybody get depression they always get failure and the people who are depressed be in confidence and ignore what people say and stop comparing yourself with others then you will surely get away from it and everyone have qualities the only thing is to identify that

Mam ocd overthinking ki mujhe kafi paresan kar rhi hai...meri ek competitive exam me mujhe pura paper ata tha lekin is ocd ki vajah se mujhe final result me may be loss hoga...ocd sirf smart aur intelligent ko hi hoti hai...safai ki ocd se bhi alag ocd hoti hai

Hlo mam iam also suffering from this problem but my ocd is related with dirtyness like my mind thought everytime that everything is dirty and i should wash my hands many times and also i have taken 4 hours max to bath. Can u pls suggest me some solution like what should i do to overcome it n how?
