This scene (along with what happens next) carried a lot of holy shit and the music is just so good. The trilogy is so much fun to watch

Terry’s actually being very forgiving for only demanding what he lost in the vault + interest, because he lost even more money from having to issue refunds for the Boxing Fight tickets and the losses he got from the floor where gamblers were grabbing the chips and running away with it during the black out

Its unlikely the boxing attendees wouldve been refunded. There wasnt near as much chaos in the arena as there was on the floor. The fighters likely returned to their corner after the referee got control of the fight, they wouldve set the bout back to the time remaining when the power went out and the fight likely continued. And while they probably lost out on some chips, they likely got most back. Not to mention chips are nothing more than a piece of plastic until the casino cashes them out. The pit bosses and dealers would know what the players bought in for and the dealers would have a general idea of how many chips they had. So they wouldnt be able to cash in 15k worth of chips without the casino knowing what happened.

Not exactly… The insurance covered what was stolen and the "night fox" gave the information of the oceans team only under the condition he will give them 2 weeks and not harm them

I always thought this scene looked familiar. Just found out it was shot 10 minutes from me in downtown Lake Forest, IL. Cool to think that Danny and Tess moved to the Chicago area :)

I love this scene so much but I never understood why they panicked to give back the money? You rob someone and when that someone demands that money back you just give it back? That doesn’t make sense 😅

1st Thats a lot of money. lol In the end all the money is returned to who it rightfully belonged to. All of it. No one had to go to prison. No one got hurt. In the end the right thing was done. Thats all it is.
