Hey! Really good piece I enjoyed it! I also play euphonium! The only thing I would say is the Gb should be an F# if you are Tonicizing G as the root (g minor). Other than that I really enjoyed it!

Thanks! That makes a lot of sense actually, I just picked Gb because its easier to read personally but F# definitely is better in this case.

I must say, this tone is much different than most I listen to, im not sure if theres a mute going on, or if this is just another one of those different models, but very interesting nonetheless

It might be because of how I record it. I record in a small room so I have to place the mic fairly close to the bell which captures more of that "muted" tone than a something like a mic in a concert hall.

Oh thanks man, I guess that is a factor as well. But you sound really good nonetheless, very relaxed high notes I must say, impressive!
