I was one of many back in 1973 that started the building of key colony beach when it was on the ocean. It was only the golf course in the main buildings. I see they've added a lot of land. and built houses on the ocean looks. pretty good. Thanks for the tour

I really like this house. With that said, stepping into a big house and running into a giant wall is weird. Also, it looks like they connected two houses that were on the same block with that sky bridge. But sick pad nonetheless.

I think I counted 10+ kitchens and kitchenettes The house looks like a rental property. It has a lot of potential, but would need to be redone. The location is to die for.

Personally, if I had the money, I would buy this place and tear it down and build something with more appealing. I would keep the outdoor items intact (Pool, dock etc...), and expand the dock if it's allowed.

$18 million for most of the bedrooms to be absolutely claustrophobic. Very much overpriced.

Climate change and rising sea levels will make properties in low lying areas and coastal areas impossible to insure. Banks will be reluctant to give a mortgage for 15 or 30 years because the property may be under water. Selling properties to average buyers will become impossible in the future as banks and mortgage companies stop making loans for these properties. Coastal areas are a high risk for insurance and extreme weather like hurricanes. People will have to self insure and take the risk of loss. Condo associations are losing their insurance and if they find a new higher cost policy they will be passing on the higher costs to association members. Flooded cars from hurricanes were filling the salvage lots. Insurance companies will raise rates and pass on the costs and risks to policy holders next year. Coastal properties will be confined to wealthy individuals that can buy properties with cash and self insure for losses from hurricanes or rising sea levels.

I am sorry, but this house is crap. For $18 million, I expected so much more. The only things worth buying this home for, are the swimming pool and your own beach. The outdoor kichen is ok as well. The inside feels dark and dated. Like I said, for the price I expected so much more.
