Another great vlog - thanks Mark. Bizarrely, my 6 year old daughter loves watching these, and plays a 'spot the pink castle' game! I told her to play 'spot the Crossfield birdie' but she got bored with that one ;- / Its cracking me up too because whenever she's about to start something she says "let's get stuck in Dad!" Keep up the great work.....really making golf fun and accessible to everyone. Love it!

played 27 holes today at swanmore golf club and was the most fun ive had in ages and also scored a best score over 18 then won a 9 hole match play, just proves that if more golfers relax you shoot better scores.

Thanks Mark for your reply - was not meant as a slight on the way you our your partners played at this course - but thought perhaps it might help all us newcomers to the game if we saw what you pro's did ( or not do Hi Hi ). Have enjoyed all your video's from Spain/Portugal, just hope you will be as lucky next year to get over there and do a few more. Nice job so keep it up, will be looking for more tips on my oh so golf swing in 2014. Happy New Year to you and yours.

love these vids, really do! there's a lot of extra fat that could be cut between shots and putts, some stuff is funny but sometimes it really drags on. don't mean to be negative or critical just constructive feedback. keep up the good work!

Ok your videos have knocked 6 shots off my handicap am not complaining just want to see you putt well I will be looking for your vids in Spain good work o'yeah got some E,Z power fitted and being set up as I type tryed about six or seven sets these were more accurate than all others I was 19 hc now I'm 11 hc in one year and with clubs not fit for me so am bount smash it 2014 is the year I get my name on board fingers cross

#Coach Lockey driving/putting academy...living on the edge!!!!!! Thanks Mark for another GREAT video and reminding us golf is a game and intended to be fun when out with your friends! The 'naysayers" in the bunch need to stick to competitive tournament golf and put their money and reputations on the line...nothing like being paired with 3 individuals you do not know on the first tee with a narrow fairway, everybody watching and $$$ on the line...not much fun or frivolity there! But, it is just a game......

Hi Mark I am 14 years old and am off 15. I currently have the powerbuilt air force one irons, but are getting to small because I had them cut down. Can you suggest some good irons that are not really expensive that would be suitable for my handicap, which is decreasing quickly. Thanks.

What's with the banging the ground to tee up the ball? I remember a certain Jack Nicklaus stating that one should use a tee to give yourself the best chance of stricking the ball before the ground when in the teeing box. Just my thought - enjoy the video's though, so keep them coming in 2014.

I notice you hit a lot of knocked down shots, because of the wind do you think links courses are more challenging, especially for a player who is most comfortable hitting traditional shots

Did I follow you boys around Crediton ? If not you ,someone very similar, they all thought they were Pro's , all studied every shot for ages , then took a 6 or 7 on every hole .All laughed for several minutes over every mess-up , never a glance behind at the crowd backing up . Buy your own course if this is your idea of fun.

I think you're a bit harsh on your putting. The Tour pros make half of all their birdies from inside 7 feet, and 85% of them from inside 18 feet. A lot of your putts for birdie seem to be from way outside those ranges. Two putting for par consistently is pretty good when your 20+ feet away. Stating the obvious, but if you want more birdies, you gotta get your irons closer. Give yourself more short putts.

@5:05 Does the drop in this case have to do with the type of hazard for Rory to drop or does it pertain to the way that it has been marked? In other words, what dictates him dropping up by the point of entry or him having to play the shot over again with drop stroke and distance? I've never fully understood this because it seems to vary from course to course. Is there a standard?

Ahem, yes I noticed that as well! However, in a bounce match with mates it won't matter, unless it was picked up by the 'mates' at the time and they imposed the two stroke penalty (or told him to replay the shot in matchplay format). :)
