"Yello" is how they pronounce it! Hence why everything at their booth and all their people where yellow shirts at conventions!

Actually when I first started doing reviews I mentioned they were Iello and a bunch of other smarty pants corrected me. Then I asked them :)

Good question. The company is actually making sort of a phonetic joke. The hard y sound ("yuh") in "yellow" is actually two vowel sounds pronounced in quick succession: the i (as in "pizza", or the ee in "cheese") and the short e (as in "yet"). That's actually how to make the hard "y" sound. Try this: slowly say "YELLOW" and then slowly say "EE-ELLOW". Should be no difference.
