Octavia Spencer divulged to Ellen there's a ghost in her house - but he doesn't haunt her because they have boundaries. The Oscar winner also chatted about how much she loves decorating for Christmas, admitted she's not great with technology, and the possible UFO sighting on the set of her new movie, "Encounter."

I lived in a house that was haunted, the ghost would open a latched window. A few times of me freezing during the night, because of the ghost, I finally asked the ghost not to open the window at night! It complied!

I wonder where they filmed. I encountered the same thing while flying into California years ago. I was able to take multiple pics on my phone. It was a lot of desert area below, possibly Mexico right before entering California.
