I prefer Tony's driving style, because he does stupid but cool looking drifts and has amazing map knowledge, but man, Octo's pure driving skill is just unmatched. He never uses skips. He just drives better than everyone

Octo if you want super clean and fast getaways. Tony if you want excitement in your getaways, but he does have a risk of scuff. Since 4.0 has SUPER high scuff for Tony. SInce everyone trying to avoid felonies. Octo is your man for this job.

yeah its the house... that he didnt even know he had to pay. But Octo is down to 5k down I believe since he cant be a Don. TBH I think the not being a Don thing is fair. I like the Tony Octo team or Octo with with / under Tony like how Gigi is better. So Tony is their Don and Gigi and Octo work more with him. The house thing.. I dunno. SInce he not a Don, I dont think he should have to pay it. If they keeping 5 dons only... Only the Dons should pay for the house imo. The people working under them shouldnt have to pay. Octo is short for Octavius which is what his characters name is, Goofy is his street racing name. Since street racing is illegal he goes by Octo while living his normal day life and his codename Goofy while racing. I have no clue about Speedy though, I don't remember much about his character besides that he is a manager at Snr Buns and is the treasurer for Langs group.

also the good driver cops aren't in the PD/city yet, or I don't know when they will be in yet. Obv there won't be AJ hunter anymore, but hopefully we still get Angel and Claire Everly. Idk who else was a good cop character that can chase the best.

Goofy became a man in the 5 years between 3.0 and 4.0, going to Liberty City and helping Tony run his family mafia. Having someone named Goofy as a right hand man is...well goofy so that nickname had to go

Goofy was always a street racing alias, neutren just never seemed to always stay in his alias in his day to day life in 3.0, partly because even though the cops could recognize him having the same voice and outfit as the racer and chase him, they still wouldn’t catch him. Since the RP in 4.0 needs all of the Oldbois to have clean fronts, Octo is going to need to be the main persona with Goofy probably only being his alias when racing and doing crime. Plus the lore others mentioned between Octo helping Tony run a mafia
