thank you so much for sharing! I always learn something new and feel inspired with your videos. Btw, in one of your recent ink explorations you mentioned that sometimes you feel the ink "skips" writing in the page and you wondered if it was because of humidity. I've read that the oils of our hands can have an effect on ink performance on TRP, so using a blotting paper sheet or a writing board under my hand while I write has been very useful! Just wanted to share the tip in case you didn't know. I hope you are feeling better!

That is a great tip! I may try that out. In the colder months my hands are usually "oilier" since I use more lotion haha. Having a piece of paper would definitely help.

Honestly taking the coffee out probably DID have an impact. If the reduction in caffeine helped you sleep, you are likely on the cusp of some kind of adrenal adaptation - so it's good that you recognized the trend in your health and made a conscious choice to do something about it instead of ignore it

Thank you Elena!! I love when you talk about Nutrition ❤️️❤️️❤️️ I didn't think about adrenal fatigue and I honestly think you may be right. Ive had coffee only twice in November and have noticed a HUGE consistency in my sleeping pattern now.

Awesome video! For running, have you heard of low heart rate training? There are a lot of videos on KZfaq about it, but in a nutshell, it’s more focusing on keeping your heart rate in a specific zone (like zone 2 - for me that’s around 140-145 bpm) and running slowwwwly enough to maintain that for a long time. It helps build up endurance for more mileage and eventually makes you a faster runner bc you’re running off the foundation you’re building. I hated running before and could never run more than 2 miles at once. But I started doing low HR training, and was able to do a lot more distance. Eventually I completed a marathon earlier this year! My pace is relatively slow compared to the average - somewhere like 13 or 14 mins/mile for 26 miles - but it is leaps and bounds from the where I started. Plus, since your HR is low, it makes running so much more pleasant. And I find myself falling into a meditative state during the longer runs - it’s absolutely magical.

Wow! That is such an interesting concept! I will have to look into the low heart rate training. It sounds like it would help me with distance running. I 100% agree with the meditative state while running, I call it the "runner's high" haha.

Feel better! For sleep, take magnesium glycinate. You can research about it. It’s best for helping you sleep or staying asleep, for those who have broken sleep and can’t get to REM phase of sleeping.

Your planning tips are so inspiring, thank you! I would like to know what is your colour scale for the temperatures in your garden planner? I started that a of years ago, coloured the highest and lowest daily temperatures, but didn’t continue after march 🙈 I want to try that again next year but I think I had too many different colours back then 🤔

I use 12 colors from the Zig Clean Color dot markers! I find that where I live the temperature range is really large. We get temps ranging from 15F to 115F. I will be setting up my 2024 garden planner and sharing on KZfaq how I make my temperature tracker :) But I'm still waiting on the planners to arrive. I would say if your temperatures don't get too high or too low throughout the year you could use a lot less colors! For example: one color for each range of ten, 20F, 30F, 40F, 50F, 60F 70F 80F would only be 7 colors :)

Thank you! Those Zig Dot markers are great! I live in Southern Finland, (North Europe), and we too have a large range of temperatures, from -22’F to +90’F (although very rarely it goes under 14’F or over 80’F)

They are floral PET taps from The Washi Tape Shop! The pink is called "Blush" and the autumn one is called "Harvest Hues" thewashitapeshop.com/products/harvest-hues-wide-washi-pet-tape?variant=46564400234552&aff=1356
