3 жыл бұрынLife with a rare disease like Friedreich's ataxia isn't easy, but I've grown and adapted, and live my life to the fullest. I share a pretty typical week in my life with FA in October 2020. All the Fall vibes. I’ll take you around German Village on my mobility scooter and show you all the stunning fall colors.
I’ve been going to the gym 5-6 days a week, going to bed/ waking up earlier, and eating plant-based. These, among other things have been essential to personal growth.

I agree!! So beautiful. Winter will be beautiful too but hard to get around :/
