Hi Odd! Amazing video as always. Long time follower. Maybe you should do a series like map guides or BR guides. I mean apart from your regular videos. I think atleast some of the people watching your videos don't know your train of thoughts, why you position yourself on certain spots, or when to play agressive, defensive. I know myself, that sometimes, I just like to see satisfying matches, but then again, whenever my brain is not too tired, I try to figure out how you do things so I can get better as well. I think a more advanced guide (not the ones like: set up your mouse scroller to adjust range blah blah blah) to War Thunder Tank RBs would be great. I'd love to get better myself at the game, even if I had just finished the german tech tree and consider myself a fairly good player. I'm sure a lot of people would be interested, not just me. I would love to know what are good spots on the map, or how you choose your positioning based on the ongoing match, how you pick your tactics; if you have a line-up of 4-5 different tanks, what would they be? How you'd go on about taking them into matches? etc.... the bigger picture. I mean if I keep pausing every 3 minutes, I can pick these up for myself in this as well, but thats kinda missing the point on watching a video without distractions. Maybe even the less attentive players could pick up a few tricks and get better. Again I love your videos. They are all amazing, you are one of the biggest inspirations for me to keep playing this game, and I'm very eager to hear your response and the community's response as well.

Whats terrifying isnt a german main, but a competent german main, like this lad

As a German main myself that also plays USA. It's true that the best WWII tanks are in Germany TT, but they are easy to take down using bombs. If Germany loses is because: they are really bad, or CAS reduces them to oblivion (again, I played USA and America/USSR pretty much spam CAS the first 3 minutes.

I still remember the t25 with the stabilizer was probably the best medium tank or among the best in game for a long time and the only thing that gave it that status was that it was 6.0 and had the stab so what did gaijin do some how they found out that there was a prototype t25 that got the stab but not the standard version so they not only removed the stab they moved it to 6.3 so now it is just an up armored m36 at a battle rating that makes it worse than a sherman as far as survivability.

You should give the Strv m/42 EH a try. That thing is an amazing medium tank at 2.7, its 75mm APHE slaps like a 90mil, it has decent armour, good mobility... All in all a really underrated tank imo. I'd love to see you play it!

Thanks for the reminder that *EVERYTHING* surrounding this tank went up in BR so now not only does it not get to face a lot of the tanks that can reliably counter it but instead faces loads of tanks that are even less capable of defeating it than everything it was facing before. Genius move, gaijin, really shows who your favorite part of the playerbase really is.

The most unrealistic part of this video is that you used a full shell to finish off that m56 instead of just shooting the MG in its general direction.

The map positioning thing is so true. When I climbed through 6.7 with germany, I suffered immensly with the king tiger. Now that I'm at 10.7 and have learned a lot about the game, I need a mental health break from russian premium cancer, so I went back through the BRs bottom up little by little, only to stick at 6.7. The King Tiger is actually consistently fun, which is really rare in WT.

My experience with 6.7 german is that 6.7 battles doesn't exist, only 7.3 & 7.7. And US super heavies are pain, those T34 / T29 / T26E5 need precise aim on somewhat tiny weakspots. Meanwhile the T34 can pen the 250mm casemate of the jagdtiger up to 600m away. Most of the time you first kill come back with CAS and murder you and 5 team mates anyway. i still manage to have good results in average.

I personally struggle a bit with the 6.3 German lineup although I have improved greatly thanks to your videos. There are so many useful tips in your videos that have helped me greatly. Watching you play 5.7 and 6.3 Germany with the Do 335 also twisted my rubber arm into buying one... :) You also encouraged me to grind out the AD4 and I run it with a Corsair in USA and France and just loving the combo for my 6.0 lineups. Absolutely, The only thing that lets down German amour down are the majority of German team players. Everyone rushes to spade the nation and are too "green" to use the German advantage, I still think the nerfing of the Comet really gave it a boost as could handle the mantlet, Great wide and flat BR line ups, with SPAA to cover.

I’ve gotten a Nuke without researching any Tier 4 modifications for the tank. The Tiger 2 is a beast!!!! Love it for its many strong features.

As a Japan main at 6.7 currently, I never see Germany as a threat and in this case Tiger II, Its ammo in the back of the turret is major weakness and a lot of German players not the most situationally aware .

As an italy main its so lovely to just being able to blast right trough this thing at any angle or spot. no need to be afraid of it if you got 400+ mm of pen😃

It almost always up tiers me. I got sent against T-55s and an IS-4M once.

This thing is the E 75 of War Thunder, love it.

Part of the reason I like Italy at this BR range so much is that you have all these HEAT shells with 300-400 mm pen to throw at King Tigers.

'Maintain distance' Yeah that used to work but now all the sniping spots are removed and the old maps are becoming 3 lane tunnel crapfests with 20 IQ play to hold down a funnel.

Can we agree on the Tiger II looking awesome? I have the privilige, to have one standing around the corner in the Panzermuseum Munster and i am not small by any means. Not like the biggest guy, but 1.85m is slightly above the average and i can just comfortably sit inside the tracks. That thing is HUGE.

I faced few random battles in a row a group of Panther II, Tiger II SLA 1,6 / 10,5cm defending a Maus. And yeah if you are in a Tiger II yourselve...the long 88 is great, but not that great at 6,7 anymore.

The one saving grace of these things is that the people who play them are far too aggressive. When you have one that is exposing only its front armor at range, it's so hard to deal with, let alone kill But God they're so satisfying to kill, the way their ammo pops them open

Game 3, I dont know if its just my region or what but going your starting route is just death, usually 80% of the enemy team is sitting just behind B looking down into your valley. I usually swing deep across the A line and come up basically straight down to C or snipe from behind the hill back there. The rest of my team either dies in the valley or dies pushing into B with a handful of wheely bois / fast tanks going A

The only Vehicles I actually have trouble with in this thing is the IS-3, IS-6, IS-4, and T28/T95. Other stuff Im pretty confident facing.

I got 10 kills in an up tier with this thing yesterday, and when I'm in down tiers i literally reck the entire team In uptiers, just stay a bit behind, peak to shoot quickly and dive back into cover, that way they wont have enough time to aim for your weak spots even in up tiers. In down tiers, i just brawl with this thing or go stand on the top of the mountain looking like an idiot but still get kills lol.

Having lost my Panther II from this lineup I've been playing a new 6.0 with the Tiger E, Panther G and Panther A. It's been my go to this past month or so. Great game play right now in that bracket. Also been enjoying the TAM 2IP with the 1A5 and L44. It's a beast of a grinding lineup.

This is my most used tank and my favorite. Easily several hundred hours put into that one tank. I've gotten to the point where I don't even need to range a target, to know how far away it is, and where to put my sight. Takes less than a second to eyeball a 1000+ meter shot. Other tanks? Not so much.
