The pastry chefs are so clean and and so efficient and it makes them the most beautiful convections I ever seen and they're not that hard to make I'm a pastry chef I grew up doing that as a kid and I'm really impressed with the sanitary way they do things in the cleanliness and the most beautiful appetizing confections to the eye and probably to the stomach I appreciate this video. 🇺🇲👍💕

It’s mind blowing how seriously they take sanitisation. Getting ready for work looks like surgeons preparing for surgery. Never see this in western countries. Heck, most people don’t even wear hair nets.
