In this video we show how the ODMS Cloud solution from OM System (new name for Olympus audio) can be used by any size firm or practice for digital dictation and transcription workflow.
Dictation authors can use the OM System ODMS Cloud mobile app for iOS and Android to dictate audio anytime from anywhere and securely send their dictation to be transcribed. Authors can also use physical handheld dictaphones from Olympus and OM System, like the Olympus DS-9500 and the OM System DS-9100.
Transcription typists can login to a browser on any Windows PC or Mac. Using the free ODMS Desktop application they can transcribe the audio direct from ODMS Cloud, allowing the ability to work from anywhere; office, home, interstate or internationally.
Practice and Office Managers can created smart workflows based on the dictation Author and Worktype ID's to route dictation to the right transcription typist or typing pool. Document templates associated with the Author or Worktypes will automatically open when the dictation audio is opened for transcription.
Dictation Authors and Transcription Typists both require an ODMS Cloud licence. The licence runs for one year on a subscription.
Office and practice managers do not need an ODMS Cloud licence.
